Modern chalet and cozy private Jacuzzi, calm facing the forest, near lake and ocean
YEAR RENTAL: (70 € per night for the chalet and 90 for the high season)
Modern chalet of 50m2 and 80m2 of terrace and garden all year round for 2 to 4 people per night, weeks, etc. with a double bed of 140 in bedroom with bathroom, a 2-seater sofa bed BZ style 160 of large, a bathroom + WC and fitted kitchen. (available all year except 20 July / 20 August at 70 € / day)
Located in a very quiet street facing the forest, and close to the bike path, lake, villages, ocean.

A deposit of 600 € will be requested on the day of arrival with the internal regulations signed and a photocopy of a valid identity card.
For 2019, a private jacuzzi will be installed. option with or without jacuzzi
50 € / additional 24h with jacuzzi possible to request it directly on the spot for stays of several days (ex: 4 days including 1 day with jacuzzi)
