Very nice gîte for 10 people 8 mins from Futuroscope

4-star gîte, 170 m2 recently restored, with 10 beds and 1 or 2 baby beds, located 7 km from Futuroscope, in the heart of a tourist, art and history region. Very nice amenities in this cottage, both from the point of view of restoration and that of development.
On the ground floor:
a large living room of 65 m2, consisting of a large fitted kitchen very well equipped, open with central island, a baby chair; a dining room furnished with a large and large wooden table and a sitting area with 2 large leather couches, TV, internet, WIFI.
A large hall serving a toilet, a laundry area, a bathroom and a staircase going upstairs to the sleeping area.
Upstairs
A large landing with cupboard serving a toilet, a bathroom and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 installed separately or to make a bed of 180
A corridor, all in visible stones, serving 3 bedrooms:
a room for 4 (a bunk bed, 2 people downstairs and 1 person upstairs and a single bed). This room can be a room dedicated to children with Ethernet and television.
The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds that can make a 180 cm bed, one of these 2 bedrooms is also equipped with a baby bed and a changing table.
The cottage is located in a green and quiet setting. Children will enjoy the outdoor games: swings, slide, trampoline, goal, in a beautiful wooded park
The gîte is adjoining another gîte for 4/6 people. This allows for large groups and large families to rent up to 16 + 2 young children

In the heart of a tourist region you are, near Futuroscope, 1/4 hour from the site of Saint Cyr (swimming, games, picnic, barbecue ...) 1/2 hour from Poitiers, 3/4 of the Valley of monkeys and Poitevin marshes (Green Venice), 1 hour from the Loire castles ...
IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE COMING WITH YOUR DOG: We suggest to those who wish to go out (free of charge) your companions (in the closed courtyard or on a walk, walking path starting from the gîte) when you go for a long day on a place where dogs are not allowed - Futuroscope for example.
