You can either walk to the Big Sur Deli and Tap House, take a short drive to Post Ranch, or cook your meals in the modern open-concept kitchen. The property sits 1,000 feet above the ocean where the Pacific meets the mountains. Watch condors and hawks sweep the sky, the fog curl around the coast, and the sun set on the sea.

I've been building this home and developing the gardens for the past eighteen years. It is a privilage to be the steward to such a beautiful piece of land.

Why they chose this property

This is a green eco home, built with every care at minimal use of products that are harmful to our environment and our bodies. The home features 2000 square feet of living space with open beam ceiling, gypsum plaster, and beeswaxed polished concrete floors throughout. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, and great room. The absolute privacy and quiet makes this home the perfect place to get away from it all. Listen to the ocean waves and watch the light and the reflections of the surrounding forest and mountains bounce off the multitude of windows.

What makes this property unique

My favorite things about my home are the peacefulness, the views out of the floor to ceiling glass, and the wildlife. It's only a 45 minute drive to Carmel and there are many hikes and beaches to explore.
