Enjoy the 70 inch television in the newly finished walk-out lower level! It has a beautiful view of the golf course, with a large deck to view wildlife. It is Located within a mile of the clubhouse and Innsbrook's beautiful Aspen Center. This home features a large deck and a walk-out basement that offers a second kitchen, second living room, the 4th bedroom, and a possible 5th bedroom. The Lower level also has a brand new kitchen/breakfast bar area. The main floor kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal or a holiday feast! This home offers plenty of places to sit and enjoy a meal with your friends and family. This is a great home to host a golf outing with friends or family or just get together for a nice relaxing weekend! Innsbrook amenities are included when you rent this home. (you have to pay to golf) We are located 5.5 miles from Hwy 70 and 5 miles from Cedar Lake Cellars. You can take advantage of Innsbrook's swimming pool complex, children's playground, many beaches and lakes, fitness center, tennis courts, and even take in a summer outdoor concert.

We had a wonderful extended family weekend away staying here! The home views from the home are lovely. The area is so beautiful and peaceful. Lots of wildlife to observe. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great location and plenty of room

This was our annual golf trip with 10 guys playing between Thursday and Sunday. The house gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. Everything was as described and everyone had a great time!

Wonderful Stay

The property was so clean and so stocked with just about everything we might need. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee in the mornings and listening to the birds. It was nicely decorated. Beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels, etc. The host emailed to check to see how we were doing, and was responsive when I communicated with them. I would recommend this property.

Quick Finley family summer escape

This was just what we needed! The location was perfect for our extended family to come together for a couple of days. The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and perfect room set up as number of beds. The host was very commutative and accommodating. At the last minute we asked if they could extend our check out time and they were able to accommodate …thank you. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything is comfortably decorated. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!! We look forward to coming back again!!

Thank you Darryl for choosing our home and for your feedback. The hardware was off the cabinets because we are painting the cabinets and doing an upgrade on the kitchen. It is difficult to get it all done at one time as the home is rented a lot and it is difficult to get workers to work with the schedule you have.

Nice location but home interior is in need of remodel

We spent a week here with our family and spent time seeing the sights in St Louis. The home's interior is in need of a total update. Most of the floors creak making is difficult to move around, especially at night for the people sleeping in the lower level. The appliances are all older appliances, the walls are scuffed up and some of the walls were cracked. Its a nice home setting very near the 14th green. A lot of deer were in the community, which was neat but you had to be watchful of them when driving. Overall, a good place to stay just disappointed with the age of the interior that should have been updated for the price we had to pay. We have stayed in nicer cabins for less money in other places.

Beautiful setting

The house was large enough to accommodate our Thanksgiving, and has a beautiful view over the golf course. But, the overall maintenance of the home gave us a couple of issues. They needed to replace the garage door opener and did so right before we came which was very impressive and thoughtful, but there was a broken bed, kitchen cabinet doors falling off and several outlets that were not functional to turn on lamps in a room. We attempted to reattach the hinges on the kitchen cabinets. Outside there was a beautiful fire pit in the yard with no chairs to sit on. I contacted the host who suggested we sleep in a different bed No laundry soap that was promised to wash our sheets while checking out. We love traveling and using b&b’s and found this to offer less amenities such as shampoo, or k-cups than other same price homes . There were no toys for kids. The rugs were stained and many walls had multiple scuff marks. Overall still a good experience in spite of a home with spotty maintenance.

Thank you so much for staying at our home. We do take pride in keeping a clean, well maintained and fully stocked home. The garage door opener was replaced as soon as you arrived because we just realized it was broken before your arrival. I did not know about the bed until you informed me. The broken bed was not noticed when the cleaners made the bed from the previous rental that stayed for 3 weeks. I did offer to bring another bed over and you did inform me that was not necessary. We did have laundry soap, it was underneath the sink in the laundry room. Sheets are not necessary to wash when you check out as our cleaners are responsible for all the cleaning. I was unaware of the broken cabinet and the k cups which we do supply. There are plenty of chairs in the garage and on the deck for the fire pit. We don't leave them out as we don't want them to be an eye soar for the golfers or for the wind to blow them around. I appreciate your comments and will take the suggestions and make some changes. For example, I am mom with 9 chidren in my home (3 biological and 6 fosters who lost their dad) I have plenty of toys to bring over. That is such an easy fix and I should have already done that.

Innsbrook Stay

This was a great property take take family and friends to. This Innsbrook property was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. Check in and check out information was provided and easy to follow. This was a gated community. We were given all the information we needed to get in and out of the area with no hassle. There are numerous activities that you can do in the area. We were only here for a couple days. I would definitely recommend coming back again to explore all the different activities available in Innsbrook.
