New listing. Upscale house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open area including the kitchen, bar, the living, the dining and the family. It really a large space designed to entertain. It also has a big garage, a gazebo and a big yard. It

It has brad new air conditioning units. There is AC in all rooms. There is also high speed internet and a Roku Streaming devices with many APPs.

In case of a power outage - the house has emergency power backup with a renewable energy system that include solar and battery.

It was design for personal use and for entertain. It have upscale appliance and terminations. granite counter tops, LED lighting throughout the house, wood floor areas and a lot of areas for entertaining, pets, have a really good time. But do not forget it is five to ten minutes to the most beautiful beaches and best surfing beaches in the island. It was a much needed ladies trip!! .

We like to cook and they only had 3 pots and 1 frying pan. They needed some Bowles. The house needed some updating! Only 1 TV in the whole house. No radio. There was only one exit other exit was locked with a master lock ( which we thought was a safety issue). There was a whole refrigerator in the living room that was broken ( Which I didn’t understand why they left it there because they have a two car garage)..... that was replaced with another one that barley worked, we had to put everything in the freezer so it can get cold. Not enough bath towels and yes, there was a washer and dryer but you don’t want to be doing the laundry daily, so we bought towels. Not enough sheets either. I’ve stayed in much better places for the same or better price.
