Très belle vacances

Bon accueil, Olivier disponible, le propriétaire très sympa. Appartement très agréable très bien aménagé, proche des commodités. Jolie plage, piscine super agreable.Tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Appartement très sombre, forte proximite avec voisins, terrasse minuscule, propreté literie moyenne, oreillers pas propres et défoncés. Bonne situation de la résidence niveau commerces et plages.

Situé au RDC l’appartement est forcément moins lumineux qu’au 1er étagé un atout en cas de force chaleur . Résidence de tourisme d’où la proximité des autres appartements. Quant à la terrasse elle correspond aux photos de l’annonce. Les alèses des lits sont jetables donc changées à chaque vacancier. Les oreillers vieillissants oui, défoncés totalement abusif! Tous changés récemment. Pas un mot sur le gentil accueil gourmand réservé à nos hôtes ?

Location conforme à la description. Par contre les poubelles et autres containers entreposes devant l’entrée de la résidence est juste dégoûtant.

Des personnes extérieures à la résidence venaient déposer leurs poubelles de plus en plus . Le problème est résolu par le syndic déplacement du local et sécurisation . .Par ailleurs le local était néanmoins à l’écart des appartements et le désagrément était surtout visuel lors de l’entrée au parking .
