Country house, located 1 km from a small business and 5 km from a supermarket. Nearest airport is 30 km (BRIVE LA GAILLARDE), and 35 km from PERIGUEUX.
It is a pretty stone house, full foot, with a green area around the house where you can enjoy the quiet of the countryside, and evenings with friends around a barbecue.
On the commune of TOURTOIRAC is a cave discovered recently, moreover you have the caves of LASCAUX, MONTIGNAC and the EYZIES ... You will have the pleasure to admire the beautiful landscape of SARLAT and its surroundings.
You can enjoy the legendary gastronomic and historical riches of Périgord (hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, .... nearby).

Paysage magnifique, le calme , maison agréable mais des choses à revoir surtout sur les appareils électroménager (sèche-cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas .....) sur l’annonce il était dit Wifi il n’y en a pas décevant, literie a revoir c une belle maison qui a un potentiel mais qui n’est pas exploité cela ne nous as comme même pas empêché de passer une bonne semaine paysage magnifique.

Séjour agréable, mais l'annonce indique Wifi alors que sur place il n'existe aucun routeur ou box internet, donc pas de wifi, aucun réseau wifi capté. On s'en sort avec le 4G à conditions de se mettre à l'extérieur...

Paisible et magnifique
La maison est très bien pour accueillir adultes et enfants. Une très belle maison typique dans un endroit paisible et reposant, idéal pour échapper au monde. Les mouches sont très envahissantes mais rien de plus normale avec des chevaux à côté de la propriété. Ce qui fait le bonheur des enfants. Le terrain est clos mais pas totalement fermer, enfants à surveiller.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très accueillants. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui est faites pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme.

Belle résidence de vacances
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison. Elle est très confortable et très bien équipée avec en plus de grands placards dans toutes les pièces. Les espaces extérieurs sont immenses et sans vis à vis de plus nous avions le choix entre une table ombragée ou une autre au soleil pour prendre nos repas. Monsieur et madame Thomas sont des propriétaires très gentils et très prévenants. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
