230 m² farmhouse facing the Cévennes forest

At the heart of the village of Branoux-les-Taillades, 15 minutes from Alès and 5 minutes from La Grand-Combe (railway station), farmhouse of 210 m² facing south, enjoying a panoramic view of the forest of the Cevennes.

The 6th bedroom overlooks the courtyard. It is equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom (with shower).

Typically cevenol, the 7. 000 m² plot is composed of three terraces, which have just been upgraded. They will be perfect to relax to the sound of cicadas or play football. The grass will have repelled by spring!

- Lake Sainte-Cécile Andorge is 10 minutes by car only. With its large beach and nautical base, it offers beautiful swimming.
- 2 splendid natural streams are nearby: Malataverne 20 minutes and Saint-Hilaire-de-Lavit 25 minutes.
- Slightly further at 45mn, you can swim under the Abarines bridge, visit the Bambouseraie, and Anduze, live this experience of the steam train to St-Jean-du-Gard.
- A panoramic view of the Cevennes reveals the Mont Lozère after a short walk of 25 minutes (20 minutes by car)
- A large space at the Pole Mécanique welcomes you to go karting (15 min by car)
