At the gates of Bayonne, beautiful property in a dominant position with magnificent views of the Pyrenees, it is bathed in light thanks to its south west exposure and large bay windows, for lovers of large volumes, it combines charm and well being where the inside and the outside marry harmoniously.
The pool area offers perfect privacy to enjoy long evenings with friends or family.
All on an area of ​​more than 3 hectares.

Property 20 minutes from Biarritz by the motorway and 9 minutes from the beach of Ondres.
The city center of Saint Martin de Seignanx is 2 minutes with 3 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, a Super U and a beautiful butcher's shop ...
30 minutes from Spain (San Sebastian), 25 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz and 15 minutes from Hossegor.

Our best ever holiday rental

We regularly rent holidays homes in the UK, in France and in other countries and this is by far the best place we stayed in. Christian and Cecile's house have everything you can imagine to offer. It is incredibly well thought through. The amenities are great, the decoration is very pleasant and detailed, and all is clean, well maintained and in perfect condition. We stayed during August with 3 children aged 9-12 and very much enjoyed the pool area and outdoor kitchen. There are no neighbour nearby so the kids could make as much noise as they wanted without upsetting anyone! We all also very much appreciated the outdoor games (basket, volley ball) and indoor (darts, pool). It is well located to explore the region - beaches within 20 mins (Ondres), Biarritz / Bayonne, Spain (San Sebastian in less than 1 hour) and the hills towards the Pyrennees. Finally, Christian and Cecile were incredibly nice and welcoming. They were very responsible before and during our trip whenever we had any question for them. Thanks again!

Fantastic spot to explore the country in any direction. Beautiful house and facilities.

Christian and Cecile were fabulous and looked after the very small things that normally happen in any well cared for house quickly and without fuss. Super time and we highly recommend this house and location. Beautiful grounds, pool, entertainment area, grass, trees, trees, trees everywhere! Would return again 👍👍👍
