NB. Too bad, our overall rating fell to 7.8/10 because of a very nasty review (4/10!), while we peaked between 8/10 and 10/10. We are committed to proving to you that the accommodation offered is worth much more than that !

- Well-equipped kitchen with small country table
and direct access to the garden and swimming pool.

Sleeps 5 people
- 2 bedrooms (upstairs)
* A bedroom with a double bed for parents
* A bedroom for children with a double bed and a single bed.

* 1 travel cot for a toddler is available

- Bathroom including a double sink, cupboards, a
shower and bathtub

- 1 outbuilding, summer lounge next to the swimming pool for taking a nap... zzz... equipped with a sofa and an adjoining bathroom.

All with a magnificent view of the countryside.

The 10m/4m emerald-colored swimming pool, hidden from view, is secure and surrounded by a wooden terrace with deckchairs and parasols.

Also, we are 10 minutes from the Antilles of Jonzac (one of the most beautiful water parks in Europe !)

8-point exterior night lighting (controlled from inside the house) and colored electric garland.
Modular interior lighting (10 different sources for the living room).

Household appliances: Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Gas hob, fridge freezer.

Careful decoration, typical furniture without heaviness (well, we tried..)

Our neighbor Danielle is there to provide you with information if needed. She knows the house and its operating details well
(the Charentais are always ready to help !)

Also, go and taste our neighbor Gilles’ honey, it’s delicious!

Apart from the postman's passage in the morning, no cars pass through our house.

Peaceful and pleasant place with workshop available, ideal for practicing arts, yoga or relaxing, lots of different corners in which to spread out..

The house is not recommended for elderly people because the bedrooms are upstairs. :(
