Gorgeous and luxurious condo on the 5th floor overlooking the beautiful beaches of Redington Shores and the crystal clear water of the Gulf Of Mexico.

This 1500+ sf condo is completely tiled throughout with 3 over sized bedrooms, updated bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen with all of the necessities and extras you desire. From the minute you walk into this corner unit (with windows down the entire North side for lots of extra lighting during the day), you will be in awe. Take in those beachfront views from nearly the entire unit, the entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite, and large private balcony!

The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances with beautiful granite counter tops and backsplash, and all of the necessities you need to cook up your favorite meals and snacks for the whole family. Right off the kitchen, there is plenty of seating at the dining table and extra bar stool seating at the breakfast counter for a quick meal or drink.

The spacious living room is perfect for your entire group to relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs while you watch the fabulous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy the 55" smart TV for those evenings relaxing at home after a long day at the beach and pool.

There is a king sized bed in the master suite, with a flat screen tv, closet, and an adjoining updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This master bedroom also has access to the beachfront balcony and the beach views can be enjoyed throughout the master bedroom. Enjoy waking up to that incredible view and hear the waves from bed!

The second bedroom also has a king sized bed with it's own flat screen TV, and the third bedroom is complete with 2 queen size beds, flat screen TV and a large closet, with access to the second adjoining updated bathroom. Both bathrooms are identical in style and layout, and feature double vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo.

The large balcony overlooking the beachfront pool has plenty of seating for everyone to watch the dolphins swimming by- yes, this happens multiple times a day! Both the pool and hot tub are beachfront, and there is loads of seating around both for lounging in the sun, or enjoying a beach and poolside lunch in the shade of a tiki umbrella. There is even a shared grill area with a covered picnic tables.

You can use our beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. They also rent beach chairs and umbrellas, plus jet skis right behind this building. Talk about some family fun!

This building is walking distance to some restaurants and shopping, and is close in proximity to Clearwater Beach Pier 60 and John's Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk. There are two assigned parking spot out front. Full size washer and dryer for your convenience, plus free WIFI in the unit.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
There are only two assigned parking spots & passes for this unit. Any additional vehicles will need to find parking off property.
