In a small condominium three-room apartment on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with bunk beds), living room with park and pool view, kitchenette (large comfortable kitchen with appliances), 1 bathroom, internal terrace of about 60 m. q. and shared swimming pool. Distance from the town center about 400m, from Lake Garda 800-1000 m, children's playground 250m.
The stairs of the condominium are not suitable for the disabled.

geräumige Wohnung, schöne Anlage, ruhig

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Pool ist groß. Während unseres Aufenthalts war er auch nie überfüllt. Außer uns waren nur italienische Gäste in der Anlage. Die Terrasse ist groß und schön, Sitzpolster für die Stühle gab es leider nicht. Die Bodenfliesen sollten teilweise mal repariert werden. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sauber. Spülmaschine war vorhanden. Tiefgarage mit viel Platz. Die Essgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer/Küche wäre für vier Personen zu klein. (Wir konnten immer auf der Terrasse essen.)

Schöne Appartementanlage

Außenanlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt, gute Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten, große Terrasse, Vermieter kann jederzeit kontaktiert werden und ist bei Bedarf sehr hilfsbereit. Inneneinrichtung ist zweckmäßig, Schlafräume sind schön, Betten sind gut. Fön und TV mit deutschen Programmen gibt es nicht, haben wir aber auch nicht benötigt. Kaffeemaschine haben wir selbst mitgebracht, wer Toast mag, sollte sich auch einen Toaster mitbringen. Die Sauberkeit war für uns nicht zufriedenstellend, leider funktionierte der Staubsauger nicht, bisschen zu staubig in manchen Ecken und den Grill haben wir erst gar nicht benutzt. Trotzdem würden wir nochmal dorthin fahren, man darf halt nicht so pingelig sein. Im Stadtkern ist man in max. 3 Min., am Hafen (ca. 1,1 km) kann man gut essen und flanieren, alles ist klein und überschaubar.
