"Casa Romantica" is the perfect spot for any group, large or small. This beautiful large villa is very well appointed with all amenities included, lots of atmosphere, spectacular views. Very comfortable and peaceful space sure to amaze you. Fireplace large barbecue fire pit and lots of patio seating. Huge gourmet kitchen fully appointed with every detail. Extremly Comfortable beds, sounds of the waves from every room!!

Beautiful oceanfront house with spectacular views Includes all amenities and is just 15-20 minutes south of San Diego Border. 2 night minimum, 3 preferred. Inquire for availability. Great price and great deal for a large spacious place, sleeps up to 14 people! Huge patios and balconies. The beautiful "Casa Romantica" is located in a private gated community. Wifi Satalite TV throughout. Charbroil BBQ. Enjoy! Relaxing, Romantic, Spectacular!! World Class Golfing at Real Del Mar just one exit away!

More info: Very large oceanfront home relaxing, peaceful,on a bluff top, just north of Rosarito Beach Hotel Mexico overlooking the ocean waves. Very quiet and romantic. All white water spectacular views throughout. Converts from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. There are room dividers for this. Relaxing and peaceful environment in a private gated community just south of the San Diego border (second exit Punta Bandera/Punta del Mar). This amazing house is great for celebrations , family reunions,birthdays anniversaries!

3 Night minimum stay, All national holidays. Discount apply for multiple nights! If you love it please tell all of your friends and family and post on social networks. It's a rare treat to be able to arrive early and leave late at your discretion. Kick back relax and enjoy the most peaceful environment you will ever be in.

New large beautiful gourmet kitchen, fully stocked and perfect for entertaining. Lots of dishes, glasses, and serving pieces. Dish washer, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD player. Lots of patio seating, Brand new gas BBQ, shampoo/conditioner, spices, movies, etc

Interaction with guests

Owner not on premises. Entire villa at renters disposal. If you like fishing feel free to fish from master bdrm balcony or Huge patio. Bring a long fishing line! Coffee or margaritas on the patios or balcony is the ultimate and relaxation with the loud waves!

Other things to note

Quiet, peaceful, luxurious space. Serene sound of waves and all white water views surrounding the villa. Dolphins jumping and playing can be sighted from the balconies and patios that surround the house. Fishing from the balcony possible as well. Views to. Amaze you!!

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hang wet towels to dry . Must Remove trash from house and place cans on sidewalk, clean food off counters .
Turn all lights and fans. Make sure to lock door place remote and key in basket on counter place key back in lock box.
