Unit has a wrap around balcony offering stunning views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the wrap around balcony! The additonal bedroom has direct access to a small balcony. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar, and ample cabinet space. Full size washer and dryer inside unit, just off the kitchen. Santa Rosa Towers amenities include a Community pool, tennis courts, workout room, one covered assigned parking spot, overflow parking, and gated access.
Master=King, 2nd BR= Queen and a Daybed with trundle bed, and 3rd BR= 1 Queen . Living Room=Sofa Sleeper. **Unit is limited to 8 people max. **
Wall mounted 40" TV in Master Bedroom, 49" TV in Living Room, 32" TV in 2nd Bedroom and 40" TV in the 3rd Bedroom. DVD players in Living Room, and 2nd bedroom. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and individuals must occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation. This unit is the perfect vacation spot. The awesome wrap around balcony has panoramic views of the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the front of the building, cross the street, and walk over the sand to the whitest beaches in the world, and the beautiful water in the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a boardwalk about a block down the road. There is a convenience store, and one of the best restaurants/bars on Pensacola Beach, Peg Leg Pete's, just a block down the sidewalk.

What makes this property unique

Activities in this area include nature trails, beaches, Fort Pickens, great restaurants, lots of local activities such as Bands on the Beach, Star Gazing, jet ski races, scuba diving, fishing, boating, friendly people, athletic events, parades, and the list goes on and on! Pensacola Beach is Paradise! In July you do not want to miss the Blue Angels Air Show on Pensacola Beach! Free Beach Trolleys run from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7 days a week from 4:00pm to midnight (last pick up 11:30pm).
