Had the best time. Pics are accurate lots of toys and things to do if rain gets in the way of your beach day. Lots of space clean and comfortable. Would definitely love to come back

The kids had a great time playing with the toys in the closet and it was so convenient being right by the pool. The house had plenty of towels and the washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed to eat all our meals and bake a birthday cake. We loved having all the sandcastle making supplies available. The area was still clearly recovering from a hurricane, but the neighbors and locals were all so kind and welcoming. The beach was just a quick walk through the complex, so we had no trouble going in and out several times a day to accommodate naps and meal times. The host was very communicative and helpful, and the check out cleaning asks were perfectly reasonable. Great stay!

My stay was great! Everything was very clean, and the beach was only about a 3–5 minute walk away. The only small issue was that the gate code didn’t always work, but that wasn’t the host’s fault. Overall, I had a really good experience.

Great stay! Exceeded our expectations. Everything needed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, floats, sand toys) was provided by the host which was so nice! Our kids also loved all the games and toys the home was stocked with. The townhouse provided lots of space! Just be aware there are a good number of stairs. Communication with the host was excellent. The pool in the complex was very nice as well. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Such a lovely place in every way. The condo is very nicely furnished, light, beachy, homey and comfortable, and the kitchen is one of the best equipped that we have seen.Thomas could not have been more responsive and helpful. This truly felt like our home away from home. We would love to return!!

This was our first time to stay in Pensacola Beach and we has a great stay. Thomas was a great host and answered any question we had. The place was in a great location to the beach and close to the restaurants. There was a great dog park for us to take our dog for a stay on the beach for the day. We plan on visiting again.
