Sit on your private lanai overlooking the spectacular Kaanapali Beach, where breathtaking ocean views can be seen here and from the living room, bedroom as well as views of the Islands of Lanai' & Molokai', and amazing sunsets.

Our property is furnished as a 'home away from home', which means you can leave things like hairdryers, towels and all the other stuff at your home and come stay at ours…

This gorgeous large, one bedroom/one bath condo has been updated with new luxury hardwood floors and has all the amenities of home, including central air conditioning, ceiling fan, shower/tub combo, fully stocked gourmet Kitchen, washer, dryer, Smart 60 LED Flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi and is tastefully decorated in a mood-setting Hawaiian decor (the screens on the lanai are no longer there). Truly a premier condo in West Maui on the beach with a hassle free escape awaiting you. World class golf courses, great restaurants, and shopping nearby.

Prime Location and View

The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean give the feel of an infinity pool- you can see turtles swimming below. The lanai is fabulous - perfect for morning coffee. The close location to the ocean allows for going to bed and waking up hearing the ocean- it is heavenly. The condo is well stocked.

Everything about this rental was amazing. If you’re thinking about booking, definitely do it! After visiting Maui for the first time we were overwhelmed with the amount of places and locations to book. We are extremely happy with our decision. The hosts were great to deal with. Check in was extremely simple. The place was spotless, with all the beach gear you’d ever need. Lots of spices and everything you’d need in the kitchen. The views from the balcony, bedroom, living room, and kitchen are insane. All you can see is ocean. Feels like you’re on a cruise ship. The beach and snorkeling out front are some of the top we’ve ever seen. When snorkeling out front the amount of fish and turtles are crazy. A pod of dolphins was in the area that we could see from the balcony. As well as in the ocean! Will be back again!

The perfect stay

What an amazing trip, so grateful we were able to grab this condo last minute. Penthouse view, awesome sunsets every evening. Compared to the other condo/resorts on kaanapali, this building is literally ON the water. Calming ocean sounds made for a relaxing stay and sleep. Kitchen is super well stocked, and I mean it, probably the most stocked I have ever stayed in for a rental. lanai is huge and has dual access from family room and bedroom. Rest of property is well kept, theres free parking, and walking distance to anything you might need. Snorkeling was incredible and easy walking distance to black rock too. the Expedia representative in the lobby was perfect for booking all of our activities. Overall, think the Mahana is a best kept secret in West maui. Great bang for your buck and perfect location. We will be back!!

Step into this top floor unit at the popular Mahana resort & you’ll have to really look for a reason to leave. Beautiful from top to bottom with extremely comfortable furnishings, you’ll fall asleep in the king size bed & awake to the most breathtaking views you could ever dream of. The islands of Lanai & Molokai are easily seen from your lanai. Whales frolicking in the ocean & rainbows against the west Maui mountains will cause you to be in awe at the natural beauty you are immersed in. Plenty of free parking, direct oceanfront with a pool, outdoor grills, a sauna, lending library on the first floor with books & puzzles as well as those available to share in the unit, a beautiful kitchen with every gadget you could ever need, spices for indoor cooking, your personal wine chiller, the quality, beauty & comfort of this unit cannot be beat. Beautiful dining room seating as well as a beautiful table & chairs on your private & screened lanai will have you trying to decide where you want to enjoy your home cooked meal. A boardwalk from the Mahana all the way to Kaanapali & beyond is right out your front door & is great for early morning exercise or just a beautiful walk. I’m in love with this unit & am already looking for a way to return. Communication was fantastic, complete & fast. Extremely clean & well maintained, great customer service, listing as beautiful as pictured. Without a doubt, I would definitely recommend this unit. Mama's Fish House or Merriman's in Kapalua for a romantic, elegant & delicious dinner is my personal recommendation. The road to Hana is challenging but the black sand beach, blow hole & breathtaking beauty makes the day long trip worth while. Sunrise at Haleakala is life changing! Go, enjoy & return home full of Aloha!

We enjoyed rhis property so much! We come to the island every year and always stay at a condo for the convenience of a kitchen and laundry facilities. We loved that this property was close enough to the resort area of Kaanapali without feeling a part of the resorts. The beach area is amazing and an easy access and walk directly from the Mahana. The view is amazing and we had the best sunsets. We definitely will be staying here again!

Don’t go anywhere else

This penthouse is so beautiful with majestic views of the beach. You can see turtles, whales and sunset right from the window. It is spotless and well equipped which makes you feel right at home. Owner is very responsive and quick to reach.Will definitely rent this again whenever we are back in Maui

Amazing View

Came to Maui to see the Whales and could not have picked a better place to do just that. Being on the 12th floor provided a great vantage point to Whale watch. Mahana property is about as close as one can get to being on the water. Nice pool and hot tub at the property. Besides seeing lots of Whales…also get to see lots of Turtles and surfers. Easy walk to great restaurants and food trucks near by. Guest room is well appointed, comfortable though mattress should be replaced soon. The view is spectacular!
