This 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3rd floor condo on beautiful Navarre Beach has great views of the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound! Sleeps 10 with king in master bedroom, queen in 2nd bedroom, queen in 3rd bedroom, and a twin bunk bed with twin trundle and a twin single in the 4th bedroom. Balcony access and views from every bedroom!

This condo offers a generous and open floor plan so there is plenty of room to spread out but still be together. Every bedroom has its own private, custom bathroom and television yet there is enough space in the living room to all enjoy a movie or game together after a long day at the beach. You can even connect to the living room sound-bar to play your music.

The kitchen is updated with all stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and everything you need to make a fantastic meal. Unit offers one covered parking space in the parking garage and a second non covered space for ample parking. If an additional space is needed the building allows overflow parking at the building next door. Soak in the gulf front pool or hot tub or play a competitive round of tennis with friends and family members on the on-site tennis courts.

Stroll down to the beach and sink your toes in the sand and take a dip in the emerald green waters of the gulf. Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay; however, one of the beds was listed as a queen and it was in fact a full size bed. We made it work for a trip but just something to be mindful of! Other than that, awesome trip!

Beautiful Condo Could be Deep Cleaned

This was a beautiful condo with a wonderful location. The pool did not get heat until the end of the week. The condo just needs a mega clean, the floors, bathrooms, baseboards, etc. The fourth bedroom has unique doors that are tricky. Also, the bed in that room is VERY uncomfortable. The other rooms were fine. The beach was beautiful and the views were awesome!

Fixed it!

The fridge ice maker, other ice maker & Internet did not work when we arrived. The handle on the microwave was missing - it had been order and was fixed Monday morning. The fridge was under warranty so it would take time….the rental agency brought us ice every day. The maintenance man got Internet back on. The agency was wonderful and we had a great stay!

My only complaint is that the bed in the bedroom by the dining room was awful. My husband and I rolled towards each other all night and you could almost feel the springs. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The condo is located in very close proximity to the beach and pool. We also loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The check in process was smooth and very friendly. My sister even left her wedding rings in the condo after checkout and we were quickly alerted by staff. So thankful that the cleaning lady is trustworthy!

Great Stay

The location was great being close to Publix across the bridge and a few restaurants in Navarre Beach. The Belle Mar property is well maintained including their pool and hot tub. The Condo was great to accomodate 2 couples, 2 adults and two children. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook a meal in when we wanted to. Having access to beach chairs, toys and floaties was wonderful and in a convenient location in the garage. The king bed in the codo was comfortable, and the feedback from the others in my party was the same. I did however feel the living room furniture was a little tired and had some stains, but it did not bother me. My only wish is that there be beach towels available to use in the condo. They take up a lot of room in the suitcase if you have to fly!

The beach is extremely close to the building, so walks were short. Elevators were pretty fast. We did not like the gate leading out to the beach and back in as it didn't work properly all week. I've notified the company.. The tennis and basketball courts were a big hit with our kids. Pool isn't that big so it was often crowded. The Navarre beach was filled with seashells! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Love Navarre and Belle Mer 304

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st time staying in Navarre and we will be back. The unit was very spacious for our family of 8. It was well stocked with cookware, dishes, iron, crockpot and more. The only thing we needed during our stay was some Tupperware, but there are several stores close by. The storage room down stairs for our beach chairs and the ice machine were an added bonus. While the unit is on the side of the building you still have a great view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. We went in early Sept and the beach and pool were never crowded. It is a small pool so could be an issue in the summer. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the front 2 bedrooms, but we were not in the rooms that much.

Freezer did not work!!

Very beautiful condo. Beautiful beach. Freezer would not freeze your food. Ice cream was slushy. But top shelf of refrigerator froze everything!! We reported this the day after we arrived. When we left, 3 maintenance men and 4 repairmen had looked at it with all agreeing they were not certified to work on it. They reimbursed us $196 for food but I am sure the next family had the same problem. . Also had no internet at beach which was a short walk. All East units were in range but not west wing units.

Beautiful Condo

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the pier. Well appointed, updated kitchen made it easy to cook for our group. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Golden girls’ trip

It was almost perfection! The only suggestion for improvement would be to somehow make the bunk beds (especially the top) a little more stable. Otherwise, no complaints. We enjoyed our stay!

Belle Mer apt 304

Water leak detector caused water in apartment to shut off almost daily. Spoke to rental agency first day and they sent their maintenance person next day. He did not check the system out and said he disliked the system. Three and a half weeks later the building manager brought an inspector to the apartment to check the balcony railing and we told him about the water problem. He looked under the kitchen sink and found a wet towel there with mold under it. The leak in the water system had been there prior to our arrival.
