For those seeking the sun, the sea, the calm and the space, Casa Peregil is perfect for you!

In the picturesque Burga valley, between the villages El Perelló and Rasquera you find this beautiful and spacious country house. Surrounded by olive and almond trees, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley. And ... Animals are welcome!

Beautifully presented country house located in the picturesque Burga Valley. This spacious house of 80 m2 offers accommodation for up to 6 people and has free WiFi.

On the ground floor is an open living room with a well equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. In the living room is a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet downstairs.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.

At the front of the house is a beautiful terrace ideal for alfresco dining while enjoying the tranquility of the valley.

The house is situated on its own grounds and has a private saltwater pool with terraces and a BBQ area.

The manager resides nearby in case you have questions or need help.

Just a short drive from this holiday home you will find El Perelló. There are all the necessary facilities, such as supermarkets, fishmongers, bakeries, bars, cafes, restaurants and on Saturdays there is a market.

Lovely house and view, very tranquil looking out over the olive trees out to the mountains

We had a lovely 2 weeks. The house was well equipped with everything that was needed. Mark was extremely helpful.

Schönes Haus in ländlicher Umgebung

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool, allerdings ohne die erwähnte Klimaanlage, stattdessen zwei Lüfter. Ausstattung ansonsten wie beschrieben. Ruhige, landschaftlich schöne Lage mit tollem Bergpanorama. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Hausverwaltern Mark, Ilse und Eddy. Einzige Nachteile: Zum einen der 500m lange, sehr holprige Zufahrtsweg - nicht geeignet für tiefergelegte Autos - und zum anderen der fehlende Anschluss ans Stromnetz. Die Photovoltaikanlage liefert nicht genügend Leistung, der Rest wird durch einen sehr lauten Dieselstromgenerator erzeugt, der die Ruhe mitunter zerstört. Alles in allem aber eine empfehlenswerte Ferienresidenz.

A mejorar.

En general bien. Peroooooo hay cositas a mejorar como el camino de entrada a la casa. Información sobre los servicios.la televisión no tiene ni un canal en español.(mal ).pocas sabanas.pocas mosquiteras en las ventanas. Para el precio que cobran podría estar mucho mejor la casa. Aunque si que esta en la naturaleza si eso es lo bueno.

Como les decimos a todos los huéspedes a su llegada, si necesita algo, por favor pregunte y siempre trataremos de atenderlo. La ubicación es realmente hermosa, la carretera de acceso debe ser atendida por el municipio, que no ha podido hacerlo a tiempo antes de la temporada debido a las restricciones de Covid. Seguiremos recordándoles que lo remenden.

Très reposant

Agréable séjour dans une belle petite maison bien décorée. Piscine salée et bleue, taille très correcte, parfait pour les enfants. Plages de crique à 20 minutes. Pas de vis à vis et très peu bruyant donc une vraie déconnection. On y retournera avec plaisir.
