Things were great until Brad and his wife asked for a 4pm checkout and because i could not accommodate them till 4pm but offered them a late checkout of 1pm, they were pissed and decided to go home a day early. They asked for a refund for the 1 day but i could not confirm a reason for a refund for the early checkout. So then they said the house had a bad smell and that they could not stay but the truth was that it was the day before Easter and they wanted to go to church( Brad and his wife live 35 mile from this prooerty)and return for the 4pm checkout. There was no problem the first 2 days but all of a sudden they could not stay as long as they wanted so they said the house smelled bad! I sent the cleaning lady to the property as soon as they left and the house smelled wonderful. Could still smell the floor cleaner that was used on the floor. Also....Brad stole the Binoculars from the property and when i asked them for the Binoculars back, Brad said that his wife mistakenly took them but i have Brad on the Ring Camera taking them from the house and putting them in his boat. (Picture is attached) So....i think if Brad can lie about taking the Binoculars I AM SURE HE LIED ABOUT THE SMELL IN THE HOUSE...JUST TRYING TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GET A LATE! LATE! CHECKOUT. My property is very clean and has never had a bad smell. It is really sad that Vrbo property owners open there homes up to people like Brad his wife and friends to get treated this way. Just liars!

Great location for docking boat

We enjoyed the property with boat dock and excellent access to the water. We enjoyed coffee on the dock every morning and had plenty of living space inside for hanging out in the evenings. Will definitely return next year.

Really enjoyed this location. It was perfect for us. We got the fish off the dock, we got to put our boat at the dock on the intercoastal waterway, and ain’t no way zone area., the fire pit outside was very nice, the driveway was super long so very easy to park the boat trailer. Heck there’s enough room to park 10 cars there. We have zero complaints well except for my hangover one night, but I don’t think that counts. Three restaurants within two minute walking distance and anything you need for shopping all within a 2 mile radius couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We appreciate it.

Girl's Week At The Beach

The house was great. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the Boat Parade. Only 5 minutes to the beach and we walked to dinner one night, at Fisherman's Corner. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook every day. Great location! Close to grocery stores restaurants and shopping. Even got our nails done all in Perdido Key. Will definitely stay

Beautifully appointed home with fenced backyard and private dock

We had a wonderful vacation here! The house is beautifully decorated and the location is close to shopping and dining. For those bringing a boat, the house is located close to the Perdido Key Bridge. You can easily be exploring The National Seashore, Robertson Island and the Pensacola Pass a short distance away. We owned a condo in Perdido Key for years, and the privacy and solitude of being in a home verses a condominium is unbeatable! Legenia is a wonderful host who responds quickly. We look forward to coming back!!

Blue Angels Weekend! Great for boaters.

Loved this property. Clean and nicely decorated. We docked our boat out back. Really enjoyed watching all the boats pass by. We rented this house so we could boat over to Pensacola Beach for the airshow (which we did), it is a bit further than we anticipated. This property is listed with a Pensacola address, but is on the far edge nearly in Perdido Key. That would not stop us from staying here again though. Til next time!

Peaceful location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 3 bedroom rental house on the inner coastal waterway. The house was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities and appliances one could ever need for a comfortable stay. The highlight of the house, however, was undoubtedly the boat dock. As someone who enjoys boating and fishing, having access to a private dock right on the waterway was simply amazing. The views were breathtaking, and I spent countless hours just sitting on the dock, watching the boats go by and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location of the house was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental house to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable vacation on the water.

Only issue would be the check-in time and check-out time. It says on the listing check-out is 11:00 am but was told to be out by 10:00 am and 4:00 pm seems kinda late. You don't get a full 2 days but over all would defiantly stay again.

Beautiful Home and Great Atmosphere

This house was amazing. The inside was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for people to sleep. The backyard and pier were great as well. We had plenty of room to tie up our boats and being in the no wake zone was nice as well. The long driveway provided plenty of room for parking multiple cars and boat trailers. Legenia was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely recommend this house!

We had an amazing stay … the home and grounds are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided…. So peaceful and such a convenient location. Boat dock in the back yard and Publix a block away . Our family enjoyed our rental experience thoroughly - the layout of the house and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of nine. Loved the fishing off the dock with the bait store next door, the large fire pit for s’mores, and the family room for game playing, boat watching, and beautiful sunsets! Lots of space for eating and cooking too. The hostess was prompt and helpful whenever we had a question! Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful vacation space along with a location close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public beaches! We will be back again!

Short Vacation

The home was just as described and had plenty of room for our two families and teen friends to spread out. We enjoyed the patio and dock in the evenings. The beach was not too far of a drive which was our main goal with this vacation. My only complaint would be some thread bare bath towels. Otherwise, everything we needed was there to help enjoy our stay.

Great location...fishing from dock, 1 mile to beach, lots of restaurants. The house was perfect...decorated so cute, very comfortable, clean & had everything we needed with plenty of space! Our kids loved the set of trundle beds for cousin sleepover! The owner was fantastic & very responsive to all our questions. We would love to go back sometime!
