In Plougonvelin (29), near Pointe St Mathieu (20 km west of Brest), T2 apartment of about 70m ² located on the 1st floor of a house (DRC unoccupied during your stay), including a stay with kitchen area (dishwasher, oven and microwave ...), open to the living room (sofa bed 2 beds, TV, DVD player, WIFI connection), two bedrooms (one with a bed 140, one with a bed in 140 and a bed in 90 and cot). A bathroom with double vanity unit, shower and toilet, washing machine. Beautiful garden with an area of 3200m² (partly with sea view) with garden furniture, portico with tackle, ping-pong table and barbecue to enjoy the long days of spring and summer (exclusive use of the garden during the hiring) It will be enough for you to take a path on 400m to reach the beach of Trez-Hir. Many events (market on Sunday morning, craft market and free concerts in summer), shops (bakery, creperie, restaurants, souvenirs and beach items ...) cinema on the forum, facing the beach. Pool and aquatic center heated in sea water and open all year long (toboggan, paddling pool, fitness, water aerobics etc ...), nautical center (sailing school, equipment rental ...), tourist office (ticket sale boat for Molène and Ouessant, Océanopolis tickets, bike rental ...) 5 min walk from the house.

Altes Haus mit tollem Garten in schöner Lage

Der erste Eindruck hat leider nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt (Sauberkeit...), aber nach einer ordentlichen Grundreinigung war die Wohnung zwar alt und auf niedrigem Niveau ausgebaut, aber hatte alles was man braucht. Vor allem der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum Grillen und Spielen ein, ideal für Kinder! Man ist auch schnell im kleinen Ort und am Meer, der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto schnell erreicht und die nächste Bäckerei & Creperie ist fußläufig. Trotz des nicht ganz so gelungenen Starts würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen, da wir eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und in der wunderschönen Bretagne hatten

Un très bon séjour proche de la mer

La location est bien placée, dans une petite station qui accueille toutes sortes d’activités nautiques. Très bien pour les familles ! Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Bonne location

Logement propre et bien situé. Les propriétaires nous ont fourni des renseignements clairs et complets sur le logement. Un léger bémol quant à la qualité de la literie d'un des lits double (premier lit en entrant dans la partie nuit). Pour le reste, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.
