Charming house of 70m² completely renovated.
In the distance, view of the Burgundy Canal. The house is very pleasant thanks to its sunny living room facing east / south / west and also thanks to its terrace with blind and table. The 1000m² garden is ideal, planted and closed, with garden furniture and a gas barbecue at your disposal. The kitchen is open to the room and fully equipped. Our 2 bedrooms will comfortably welcome you with their storage. The bathroom with its shower and its double sink storage unit as well as a towel dryer will delight you. Our garage is accessible to safely store your bikes and motorcycles.
In a quiet area, 2 bikes await you to take advantage of the Burgundy Canal cycle path. A visit to the gastronomic city of Dijon is a must, as well as a walk along the wine route. Some golf courses are accessible nearby as well as the famous Dijon-Prenois racing circuit (for which we offer you two spectator passes valid for certain races).
The typical Burgundy village of Fleurey-sur-Ouche offers a multi-sports ground that will appeal to young and old as well as a playground. The small commercial area of the village will meet your daily needs, such as the supermarket, the tobacco shop, the pharmacy.

Wonderful house

The house was great. Comfortable, clean and facilities were a high standard. The balcony overlooking the garden and village a bonus. The garden too was lovely, good seating and shelter when the sun was too hot. Christine made us very welcome even down to a welcome pack. Would thoroughly recommend staying there.

Toller Service und modernes Ambiente

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund) haben das Haus nur für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Südfrankreich gebucht. Nach einer staureichen Anreise waren wir froh, mit so viel Gastfreundschaft und einer guten Infrastruktur im Haus belohnt zu werden. Gerne wieder!

Einfach perfekt für Familie und Hund

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus und bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Wir haben zwar nur einem Zwischenstopp in Fleurey-sur-Ouche eingelegt, aber diesen haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet, der Garten groß und gemütlich. Am Kanal konnten wir mit den Hunden Baden und entspannen. Die kleine Stadt bietet alles was man braucht. Frische Croissants vom Bäcker, Supermarkt, kleines Bistro und Erholung pur! Definitiv ein Aufenthalt den wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen. komfortabeles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem kann man den Ortskern gemütlich zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichen. Dort findet man ein Restaurant und einen Bäcker, außerdem ist ein Supermarkt nicht weit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Als Ausgangsbasis um das Burgund zu erkunden, ist das Haus sehr gut gelegen.

La maison est idéalement située pour visiter la Bourgogne. Elle est très bien équipée et convient parfaitement à une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l écoute lorsqu’il manque quelque chose au séjour. Nous recommandons fortement.

Formidable séjour.

Lors de notre arrivée, les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec chaleur et une grande gentillesse. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis "comme chez nous" ! (de plus, une bonne petite bouteille de crémant nous attendait "au frais" au frigo). La maison est très confortable et agréable. Décorée avec goût, très bien entretenue, avec tout l'équipement ménager nécessaire pour y vivre agréablement). Jardin superbe, entièrement clôturé, ce qui s'est avéré très pratique pour y laisser courir nos deux chiens. Le village est très pittoresque et les alentours merveilleux (rivière de l'Ouche et Canal de Bourgogne: c'est magnifique). Nous reviendrons certainement, si l'occasion nous est présentée dans le futur … A recommander !
