Superbe stay in Royan

We enjoyed staying one week in June '25 in Royan. The house is very well maintained and largely equipped; 2 good and large beds supported our dreams. Sun and (a small) rain protection is provided on the terrace and one can easily enjoy staying outside. Supermarket)s), bakery and restaurants are situated nearby, even quite well reachable by bike or by feet. We have had an excellent communication with the owner and a superbe contact with the neighbors. Thank you all again for hosting us.

Royan gréât if you get weather

Very nice stay. Neighbours were fab. V helpful but stayed put of the way for privacy too. Was a bit disappointed with bar b q. All decking so probably dangerous to have a proper one. What was there was a small chiminee plus a small electric one, neither great . Otherwise house was very good. V well organised and kitted out. Thank you !!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, das Haus hat eine top Ausstattung und auch alles wichtige der Umgebung ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, z.B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände, der Markt und das Stadtzentrum.

La maison est conforme à la description avec ce dont il y a besoin pour passer un agréable séjour dans un quartier correct et non loin des commodités (centre ville avec Marché quotidien, petits commerces, plage etc). Découverte de la région que nous ne connaissions pas. Lors de notre arrivée accueil sympathique et chaleureux des voisins avec toutes les explications concernant la maison et les visites à faire. Tout est fonctionnel et bien pensé dans la maison avec une belle déco. Extérieur au top. Un vrai petit havre de paix ressourçant et apaisant pour passer de bonnes vacances. Très bon accueil par Claire et Aurélien, les voisins : chaleureux et efficace. Petit cadeau de bienvenue qui nous a beaucoup touché, merci à Maryse et Bruno. Great property with everything you need.

Great spacious house, 1km from the beach in Royan. We brought our bikes and it was a short spin to town, lots of cycle paths and safe for kids. The house was very clean with everything you could ever want on hand. They even provided beach gear. It was 40 degrees when we stayed and air con was only downstairs, but we got by. Lots of lovely beaches and towns to explore within a half hour drive from the house. I would definitely recommend this house.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison bien équipée située à 1500 mètres environ de la grande plage et du centre ville facilement accessibles en vélo. Accueil charmant par l’oncle et la tante des propriétaires. Gentils animaux bienvenus. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Royan!

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man so für den Wohn- und Koch-Alltag benötigt. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und wir haben die Holzdielen dort und das Grillen sehr genossen. Vieles wurde uns einfach so zur Verfügung gestellt: Holzkohle, Streichhölzer, z.B. Die Küche hatte auf den Fotos einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht und der Eindruck hat sich auch bestätigt. Die Verwandten der Besitzer haben uns sehr nett empfangen (Französisch-Kenntnisse sind sehr hilfreich) und uns alles im Haus gezeigt. Alles bestens! Das Einzige, was uns gestört hat, war dass man die Bettbezüge ("Linge") entweder am letzten Tag (direkt vor der Abreise) selber waschen muss (haben wir getan) oder dafür nochmal zusätzlich etwas zu den vereinbarten Reinigungskosten zahlen muss. Das haben wir so zum ersten Mal in einem Ferienhaus erlebt, normalerweise sind die Bettbezüge kein großes Diskussionsthema. Insgesamt ist das Haus aber sehr sehr empfehlenswert!
