Family-Friendly, Friends' Adventure Ski House! 3 bedroom Townhouse in Edwards

Our beautiful Colorado townhouse comes fully equipped for your vacation. Beautifully decorated, great location, quiet and comfortable.
You’ll feel right at home here, we hope. The main level boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings, durable floors, fireplace, spacious kitchen, large dining table, a powder room, and an outdoor patio with gas grill and seating. During the winter there's a boot dryer for your ski or snowboard boots.
Upstairs is the primary bedroom (king bed) and bath. Laundry, two guest rooms, and full bathroom are downstairs. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. This home's beds sleep 6 comfortably. Just steps from the front door is the Homestead Court Club with indoor pool and hot tub, steam room, tennis courts, racquetball courts, cardio equipment, weights, Peloton bikes, Pilates and fitness classes. If you'd like to use the club, ask me to register you; you'll sign a waiver and check in with the front desk each time. It’s a short walk, bike ride, or drive to Riverwalk where you can eat at one of a dozen restaurants, pick up groceries, shop, or go to the movies. Walking and biking trails along the Eagle River or in our neighborhood’s open spaces are beautiful and easy to access. This home is located just 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and about 15 to 20 minutes from Vail. We are walking distance from the bus route through the valley although it's best to have a car. If you fly direct into Eagle airport (EGE), we are just a 25 to 30 minute drive.

Great Place for Access to Skiing and Dining

The property was great for three adults since it has three bedrooms with queen or larger beds. Townhouse is very user friendly, and is a quick drive to downtown Edwards, which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Within easy driving distance of a few great ski resorts. Was a great home base location for our ski trip at a reasonable price.

Spacious stay close to Beaver Creek

This place was the perfect accommodation for skiing at Beaver Creek for the weekend. It was spacious, comfortable and felt like home so much so we're considering renting it for a whole month! The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating and we'll definitely be back.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

Lived in Colorado all our lives, but this was the first time we spent time in Vail/Edwards! Very quaint town, and the house is a short drive to Vail. Saw the Vail skating show and spent time in the village. It was great to return to the house and unwind by the fireplace. The perfect mountain getaway.

GREAT place to stay near Beaver Creek/Vail!!

We had an amazing stay at Peter and Kim’s place in Edwards! This home is great for a trip with friends or family. The house is comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything. Kim and Peter were excellent; they were very responsive if we needed anything. Definitely want to have a car here and would strongly recommend 4WD in the winter. We enjoyed it so much we’re already planning our next visit!

The first thing my family said when we walked into this property was, "you did awesome, mom!" It had everything we needed and was so close to Beaver Creek! It took me ten minutes and was so convenient! We loved Edwards! Kim was always quick to answer any questions we had! Another great ski trip, we would definitely rent this place again!

MOUNTAIN FUN

We actually got to stay at this property for a fair amount of time. For our family of 4 , two teenage boys. The townhome was perfect. They had their own space on the bottom, which was great, and the adults were on the top floor with a king size bed with their own bathroom, which is great. There is a clubhouse that had a pool weight room we got to use, also downtown Edwards was literally down the hill. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was really great thank you.

Mountain Comfort

We had a fantastic stay in Edwards. The townhome had all the comforts of home. Truly, the kitchen was fully stocked with all that you may need to prepare meals. Not only was it charming in its aesthetics it offered plenty of space and room to spread out after a day of skiing. The location was absolute perfection as it was close to stores, shops, restaurants and, most importantly, the skiing! Thank you to Kim for her quick responses and communication. * I would highly recommend that anyone traveling here to have a vehicle with snow tires, a 4x4 or AWD and/ or chains. You will find it difficult to make it up the driveway as well as the street.

Wonderful Townhome in Edwards

Our family had a wonderful stay in this charming, well equipped, and pet friendly townhome in the Homestead area of Edwards! We are Kim and Peter, native Midwesterners who have called the mountains home for many years. We love living here and making the most out of skiing, rafting, and biking. We split our time between the Vail and Roaring Fork Valleys. We started out as ski bums and somehow turned into responsible adults who take pride in our home, working hard, being good neighbors, staying active, and loving all dogs we meet.

Why they chose this property

Purchased in 2016, this townhouse has been a wonderful place to feel at home. We have put in a lot of work to phase out the original 90's decor and we think its very comfortable, modern mountain decor makes all feel cozy and classy who come here. In a transient place where people work very hard to afford living here, having good neighbors, a quiet place to call home, and the local feel make all the difference.

What makes this property unique

The best part about our home is the outdoor opportunities all around. We have hiking trails that start right up the street. The open space is full of foxes, deer, elk, mountain lions, people walking dogs, trail runners, mountain bikers, etc. You can road ride your bike in any direction once down in town along bike paths or out onto country roads. The Eagle River is there to be rafted, fished in, kayaked. Our Homestead Court Club has amazing amenities like indoor pool and hot tub, a steam room, world class gym, Peloton bikes, raquetball, tennis. In the winter, you can snowshoe, hike, and cross-country ski in the open space. Skiing at world-class resorts is just a few minutes away.
