Apartment located in a small quiet residence with swimming pool, facing the Golf and Tennis, 6 min walk from the main beach and the festive center of Moliets and Maa. Near the lakes and ponds of Moliets, bike paths in the Landes forest.
Fully equipped with 1 bedroom master bed, 1 bedroom mezzanine 3 beds 90, 1 bathroom with shower bath, kitchenette and living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, terrace overlooking pool with plancha.
A small garage under the apartment, a closed bicycle room and a washing machine with tokens are at your disposal.
A Super U, 2 Supermarkets 2 min, several bakeries, rotisseries, ice cream parlors, restaurants and beach shops with producers market.

From July 1 until the end of August we rent by the fortnight.

Rates according to the periods chosen are:

April to May 450 € / week
June to early July 550 € / week
Mid July to late August 750 € / week
September 550 €
20 € cleaning fee

A deposit check of 200 € will be requested before the date of arrival and returned to your departure, we will guide you and give back the keys from your arrival in general on Saturday between 11:00 and 14:00 and for departure on Saturday between 11:00 and 14:00.
