You've found amazing Timberloft, our 4000sq ft premium Luxury Lodge with adjacent Golf Course Wedding and Event Venue! This unique location creates the perfect setting for your reunion, corporate or business retreat or any gathering. The Lodge sits on a forested acre hidden at the edge of the Timberline Short 9 Executive Golf Course, an amazing backdrop of the famous San Francisco Peaks and Mount Elden. The views and sunsets here can really knock your socks off!

Our Luxury Lodge is a quiet oasis surrounded by pines trees, with a spacious deck and huge, brand new 8-person HOT TUB two-stories high in the treetops. Inside you'll find lots to pamper yourself with 5 bedrooms, including 3 master suites, 4 full baths, huge gourmet kitchen and great room, pool table, dart board and air-conditioning. We have plenty of space for you to come together as family, friends, associates, etc. for formal as well as informal gatherings. The Lodge design makes it nice for gathering when you want, but has plenty of private spaces for some quiet time if you need.

The Lodge can sleep up to 11 in beds. There are fees for any guest count over 10. Maximum occupancy is 14.

Very spacious for 8 senior adults, with each couple having their own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking 2 cars in the garage was a plus. Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Nice private location next to a par 3 golf course.

Bachelorette party

This is a beautiful cabin, very clean and comfortable! The hot tub was a really nice bonus. We would definitely go back 5 stars for sure!!

Wonderful Getaway!

This house is ideal for a large group wanting a relaxing getaway! Kitchen was well-stocked, hot tub was wonderful, and the property was very clean. Would for sure come back!

Great House for a Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Timberloft Luxury Lodge. Our arrival was delayed due to winter weather road closures. The owner-manager was quickly responsive to communications and very accommodating. The house is comfortable, well appointed, and perfectly situated for staying in, walking around Flagstaff or hitting the slopes at Snowbowl. When we return for another family visit to Flagstaff, this will be our first choice! Thank you!

Perfect weekend stay!

Was in town for our small elopement and this house was able to house our 12 guests. The host was super accommodating and responsive when we couldn’t figure out the door situation. I definitely enjoyed my stay here!! We made beautiful memories.

Flagstaff & the Grand Canyon

We loved this house. The location was really great and the info provided by the owner was super detailed and accurate. The house was unique and perfect location for our trip to the Grand Canyon. It was early April and we still got a little snow (awesome for this southern family). The hot tub was nice, even in the snow. The house was stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful stay!

Family of 10 came from my daughters graduation from Northern Arizona University. Space was terrific, house was very clean and we all had an amazing time! Three of the bedrooms are very large with en suite bathrooms. Cannot recommend this property enough. Really appreciate all the great communication with the owner.

We were here for our daughter’s NAU graduation. Spacious and well laid out home. Privacy was adequate for the guests. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub dials not working but the owner reached out ahead of time to inform us of that. Overall, a great space for larger numbers of guests.

We loved this home! It is exactly as portrayed in the photos. We traveled with 2 families and had more than enough space. Each room was very private preventing noise from the main room. Lovely property and great location

Flagstaff Getaway

The Timberloft property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two kids (13 and 11). It was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the pool table provided something to do with the kids, and the hot tub was very nice after long days of activities. The property is very private in the pine trees with a nice large balcony to sit out on and enjoy the surroundings. We did not have any issues with the house, but the host, Jim, was easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. We will definitely try to stay here again next summer.

Enjoyable Second Stay

This was the second time we chose to stay at this beautiful home. First, the layout is perfect for our family of eight. Every couple got their own bedroom and bathroom which really helps with space. But what makes this house great is that we could gather in the living room and dining room space to be together. There’s also a great loft area with a pool table and enough space to do some remote work. The dining table is huge and lets us dine comfortably together and still have space for games and puzzles. The kitchen has everything you need and we were able to cook great family meals. The neighborhood is quiet and close to trails and is an easy hop on and off to the freeway. The only drawback was that the sheets and towels did not appear very clean, but they do have an easy access washer/dryer. Also, the mattresses feel like they need to be replaced so maybe not the most comfortable sleep. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our visit and were glad we got to stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Timberloft Lodge. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and the setting was private and beautiful. The bedrooms were spaceous and very quiet. We appreciated the large dining room table as it was perfect for group meals and games in the evening. We especially enjoyed the pool table and back patio. The location worked really well as it was close to I-40 but it still felt remote, especially when we saw a momma deer and her two fawns a few times.Last of all, our VRBO host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

80th Birthday Celebration

Our family of 6 adults and 3 teen age girls had a great stay. The loft with bunk beds and games were perfect for teens to have their private space. Well stocked kitchen. We cooked three dinners and never lacked any kitchen supplies..The bedrooms were all comfortable. Outside deck was great.
