Villa mit Traumblick

Wir durften sehr schöne, entspannte und abwechslungsreiche Tage erleben. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und lädt dazu ein, einfach den Meerblick zu genießen und sich zu verweilen. Bereits in kürzester Entfernung lagen tolle Strände und auch das Gebirge mit seinen vielfältigen Möglichkeiten war schnell zu erreichen. Uns hat die Schnellstraße, die ein Stück unterhalb des Hauses entlangführt, nicht gestört zumal sie auch durch die vielfältige Bepflanzung erst weiter entfernt zu sehen ist.

Des mauvaises surprises à considérer..

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine début août en famille avec nos 3 enfants âgés de 10 à 12 ans. La maison est assez spacieuse avec une vue panoramique très agréable mais.. 2 points importants ne sont pas précisés dans l'annonce : 1. La route principale est située à 30m à vol d'oiseau entre la maison et la mer. Il y a un trafic régulier de 8h à 20h.. à 70 km/h et plus.. 2. Le WiFi doit être sollicité au propriétaire pour le mettre en service (système de recharge), et ce dernier a un très mauvais réseau. Il faut compter sur votre partage de connexion 3g/4g lorsque disponibles.. Plutôt h+ (3 opérateurs persos/pros testés..) Le chemin qui accède à la maison est court mais très pentu: une berline familiale serait déconseillée. En conclusion, nous avons été déçus de cette location, même si l'emplacement géographique idéal pour les plages canella / favone magnifiques notamment l'emporteront pour ceux qui seront en mesure de passer outre les 2 points indiqués

Villa de charme avec vue panoramique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique et confortable villa(subtilement parfumée)..…. La pente d accès est un peu raide à pied, et pour aller à la magnifique plage de Canella, il nous faut bien vingt minutes de marche à pied. La vue panoramique de la mer est à couper le souffle, petit déjeuner et repas face à la Méditerranée sensationnelles!! Les propriétaires sont à l écoute des locataires et soucieux de leur bien être... Excellent séjour, repos, farniente.... Merci à Mr et Mme Chaigneau

Tolles Haus mit spektakulärer Sicht übers Meer!

Wir waren die ersten Gäste in diesem sehr schön eingerichteten, komfortablen, fein duftenden Haus mit herrlichem Blick übers Meer. Angenehme Zimmeraufteilung, Dusche mit Meerblick, grosszügige Küche und Wohnraum mit Cheminee für kühlere Abende. Im Schatten eines alten Korkbaumes essen und Sonnenaufgang überm Meer gucken - oder unter grosser Palme auf Liegebetten verweilen - oder unterm roten Sonnenschirm auf gestreiftem Sofa loungen, es hat genug verschiedene Ecken, um zu verweilen. Eine herrliche Badebucht in Gehdistanz mit weissem Sand und zwei hübschen Strandrestaurants. Porto Vecchio 30 min. per Auto. Süsswasserpools unweit von Solenzara, herrliche Bergwelt in 30 min erreichbar. Und ein Supermarkt in 5 Min. Autodistanz. Wir haben uns im Haus rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Hausübergabe war easy, und wenn wir was brauchten, war der Care Taker immer telefonisch erreichbar und hat sich rasch gekümmert. Kurzerhand wurde dann auch ein Safe eingebaut. In der Summe eine Ferien-Location, die absolut zu empfehlen ist.
