Also, due to the Coronavirus our cleaning service wears gloves and masks. Once you take possession of the premises, you are responsible to clean the premises.
We are confident that you will truly enjoy your stay at our house, as it offers great amenities and facilities. We have a Kosher barbecue available upon request.
This estate, located in East Quogue on three private acres abutting a wildlife preserve is the Ultimate Hamptons Escape. The property is literally like your own private estate. This property features a new Chef’s Kitchen with a forty-eight inch gas range with commercial exhaust hood, convection ovens, convection microwave, two large refrigerators, ice machine, two coffee makers, convection toaster oven, and stainless steel cookware. The backyard is Southern exposure and has all the toys. There is a tennis court, full court basketball court, pool with large shallow end for people to socialize, new dual motor sixty jet eight person hot-tub with bluetooth speakers, beach sand volleyball court and two barbecues. There are vineyards and public golf courses near the premises. Also, in the event of inclement weather your family can go to the Tanger Outlets, Atlantis Aquarium, movies and bowling, in addition to the recreation room in the basement of the house.

In addition to the pool, hot-tub, tennis court, basketball court, beach sand volleyball court and barbecues, the outdoor space has couches, four outdoor tables with twenty chairs, additional sitting chairs and lounge chairs. The backyard and its facilities have lights throughout it, which almost illuminate the entire area. The interior of the home includes ten bedrooms and seven full baths, so it can comfortably accommodate a large family.

The kitchen has two refrigerators with ice makers, a wine and beverage refrigerator and an ice-machine. There are two dining tables in order to permit everyone to comfortably dine together. The livingroom has a 60" wide flat screen HDTV, surround stereo, dvd and Italian leather couches. Each bedroom has flat screen cable television and there's free domestic telephone and wireless internet WiFi throughout the house. The master bedroom includes a wide screen HDTV and other rooms have smart flat screen HDTVs. Two zone central a/c and heating. The basement recreation room includes an air hockey table, pool table, ping-pong table, card table, foos-ball table, 55" wide screen television, couches and a washer and dryer.

The house has 10 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms:

There are five bedrooms upstairs (two kings, three queens and two twins), 3 bedrooms on the first floor (one king, three double beds and a sofa bed) and two bedrooms in the basement (two kings).

We have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for you to enjoy the beach.
We have pool/beach towels, bath towels and linens, as well.
The only additional fee you are liable for would be for any On-Demand and/or Pay Per View movies/events ordered through cable and for the refill of any propane used to heat the pool. At the time of your departure you are not obligated to wash the linens and towels or clean the premises, however, you must return the premises in the manner in which it was provided to you, i.e. free of trash and furniture in proper location.

We provide sporting balls, such as basketball(s) volleyball(s), however, we do not provide tennis rackets or balls. Also, we tend to provide pool rafts to Travelers, solely as a courtesy. Traveler is liable for replacement value in the event the raft(s) require replacement, i.e. irreparable.
