You will have much to do & see from Universal Studios, Warner Bros Studios, hike Verdugo Mt, Runyan Canyon, Griffith Park or the famous Hollywood sign. Or head to the ocean....we provide beach chairs, beach towels and ice cooler (45 mins to Malibu or Santa Monica Beach). In town for events? We are 28 miles to SoFi Stadium. Plus 20 min drive to Rose Bowl or Dodger Stadium or avoid traffic & easily hop on the Metro to Hollywood Star Walk of Fame or Downtown LA.

We live in the main house up front that's fenced in with our new rescue Duke. Before you enter our guest home, please note that we follow CDC recommendations professional cleaning. Cleanliness has always been top of mind for our guests.

HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
NO SMOKING INDOORS

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines. If the Police are called out a second time, guests will be immediately evicted with no refund. Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Property Management as a result.

QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am
No Outdoor Music is allowed to be played during these times.

FILMING/PHOTOSHOOTS
Any type of filming, photoshoot, etc must be pre-approved. Extra costs and insurance requirements for any filming or photoshoots.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS:
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100.00 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

Any outside visitors or extra guests during the day hours must be pre approved.

NO WEAPONS PERMITTED

PET FEES:
Well behaved dogs are welcome with a $75 per pet fee and paid prior to check-in. Dogs should not be left unattended in the home unless they are muzzled or crated. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Sorry no cats.

Note: We have a Queen size deluxe airbed that can be provided along with the extra guest fee.

EXTRA SERVICES:
If you require additional concierge services such as a private yacht cruise, a private chef or would just like the refrigerator fully stocked prior to your arrival, just ask me!
