New Bastide on two levels, located in Provence Verte, in a quiet location with very nice open view. The village center is 300 meters with its shops (bakery, restaurants ...). Saint-Maximin-de-la-Sainte-Baume with all shops is 10 minutes by car. Far from any traffic axis, it is only 15 minutes away from the motorway access. Closed ground, parkings. Ideal relaxation and rest with family or friends. Terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool (8x4x1.4m, electric shutters), sunbathing. Bowling ground. Ping pong table. Modern and quality equipment. Tourist tax and end of stay cleaning included in the rental price.
Ground floor: entrance, living room, dining room opening onto the terrace and kitchen with pantry, beautiful bathroom 2 sinks and walk-in shower, toilet with washbasin and green bedroom with French window and double bed (140x200).
Floor: a romantic bedroom with closet, chest of drawers, double bed (160x200cm) and TV, a master bedroom blue with its bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower, separate toilet, dresser, small dressing room, double bed ( 160x200cm) and TV. A white room with double bed (160x200cm), closet and television. A small room with single unlit (90x200cm). All beds are ready with bed linen and exceptional mattresses. A bathroom with window, two sinks and walk-in shower. Independent toilets with washbasin. Dressing room.
