Calm and secure residence 1300 m2 of land.

Our villa is located 20 minutes from the city center of Marrakech in a residential complex built by a great architect 4 years ago, fully enclosed and secure, not overlooked. The villa is located on a plot of 1300 m2 enclosed and planted with trees (olive trees, bougainvillea, coconut palms, palm trees, lemon trees, hibiscus ...).

The villa has 3 air-conditioned suites (including 1 with TV and DVD player). The suites are all equipped with bathroom. A large living room, living room with fireplace and TV and wifi internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances.

You can enjoy the roof terrace with the view of the Atlas and the 2 terraces on the ground floor, shaded facing the swimming pool of more than 8m x 4m.

There are various activities near the complex, such as quad biking, camel rides or mountain biking. And of course, you will be close to the largest Golf courses in Marrakech which are 10 minutes away.

The tranquility of the villa will rest you from a hectic day in Marrakech.

You will be able, on request, to benefit from the services of a cleaning lady and / or cook making your stay more comfortable, pleasant and relaxing.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la belle villa de Nadia : située à l'écart du tumulte de Marrakech, la villa est un havre de paix. Elle est très spacieuse et très jolie. Au cœur du jardin rempli de bougainvillier se trouve la grande piscine ombragée en partie par les palmiers. Nous garderons également un très bon souvenir des plats traditionnels succulents préparés par Naïma. Merci également à Nadia qui reste très joignable et attentive à toutes nos demandes et questions. À l'année prochaine !

Mooie villa binnen een groot resort minder dan 30 min van hartje Marrakesh. Goed ingericht en met Nadia als hele goede gastvrouw. Wij hadden een perfecte week in de villa en de paar ongemakken die we tegen kwamen werden direct door Nadia opgepikt en opgelost. Hele rustige locatie om even uit de drukte van Marrakesh te kunnen ontsnappen. Een echte aanrader in iedere tijd van het jaar

Super fijn huis met zwembad

Wij hebben een super fijne vakantie gehad in een mooie woning met zwembad. Heerlijk zwembad dat om de dag werd onderhouden. De woning ligt 25 minuten van de medina maar tegelijkertijd heb je genoeg faciliteiten in de buurt. Nadia en haar gezin heeft ons geweldig ontvangen. Bedankt voor alles.

Superbe villa où nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Nous avons été comblés tant par Nadia la propriétaire de son extrême gentillesse, sa disponibilité, sa réactivité, bref son professionnalisme, tant par Bouchera de part sa cuisine aux saveurs d'antan marocaine et également de sa gentillesse et discrétion. Villa sécurisée dans un contexte où calme et sérénité sont à l'honneur. Villa très propre , piscine et jardin entretenus régulièrement , linge de maison également. Vakantiewoning om nooit te vergeten!

Samen met ons gezin hebben wij uitstekende verblijf gehad. De woning voelde alsof ik echt gewoon thuis was. Het is er netjes je hebt ontzettend veel privesy. De woning is echt volledig voorzien van wat je nodig hebt. Vanuit de locatie heb je wel vervoer nodig om in de stad te komen mocht je dit willen. De zwembad die het huis heeft is precies goed om je verblijf compleet te maken. De beveiliging is super vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Nadia heel erg bedankt . Je hebt niet te veel beloofd. Un séjour magnifique

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour en famille dans la villa de Nadia, tout y est, le calme, la sèrenitè, la sécurité et surtout le confort, la villa est spacieuse, décorée avec goût et très bien agencée. Nadia est tellement disponible que j’avais l’impression qu’elle été présente avec nous et pourtant elle été de l autre côté du continent en France, elle a su rendre notre séjour inoubliable, la piscine est superbe, le personnel du complexe qui abrite la villa est très sympathique, ils sont serviables et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons chez Nadia pour notre prochain séjour à Marrakech sans hésitation.
