LAVINIA is an attractive 1 bedroom apartment located in the city center of Nice.

Of romantic standing the apartment is very nice, it is decorated with typical elements related to the sea and the southern region, and it will seduce you with its charm.
Pretty moldings on the walls give a certain cachet to this lodging.

It is the ideal apartment for a romantic or professional stay.

The rue de France just a few meters away has many restaurants and shops, the pedestrian street of Nice is just the next street. The famous shopping avenue Jean Médecin is 7 minutes walk, as well as the Place Masséna.

DOUBLE LIVING ROOM:

The double living room includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV with articulated arm, a wardrobe and a desk.
A nice table for 4 people and wooden chairs offer an atypical atmosphere.
Two balconies give access to the outside which allows to have a beautiful bright apartment.

BEDROOM:

The room consists of a comfortable Queen size bed and many practical storage.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen has the necessary equipment such as: fridge, hob, washing machine, kettle, microwave.

BATHROOM:

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bidet, WC and is also equipped with a hairdryer.


There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings. The shuttle to the airport transfer is nearby.
The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.
A station is 300 meters from your apartment.
The train station is a few minutes walk.
Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

First of all thanks to Nestor & Jeeves. Excellent service! The best part about this apartment is the location and brightness. Everything nearby shops, restaurants, beach, pedestrian streets, attractions. Likewise, transport connections to the airport and the train station. The apartment is clean properly renovated in the local way. The living room, dining room etc work, but ….the kitchen doesn't. Of course, we were renting someone else's apartment and we understand this, but... The kitchen works if you come for a short visit and often eat out. But we spent three months in the apartment and the impracticality and poor equipment of the kitchen started to annoy. No oven, but a washing machine, even a self-laundry next to the front door. The dishes were mostly dirty when we arrived and the cooking utensils were in really bad shape. We only used four of each necessary part of the dishes and put the rest up on the upper shelves of the cupboard. Of the cooking utensils, we only used the new two pots and a frying pan brought to us. Some of the cutlerys are broken. The kitchen is cramped and full of unnecessary items. The vacuum cleaner was really bad. Of course, we were warned in the notice about the street construction site and the noise nuisance it causes. Unfortunately, we didn't understand that the street is being built at each block separately at the same time throughout our period. The construction noise was really bad. We worked remotely in the apartment and if we had known that, we would not have chosen the apartment. One reason for the noise problem is the apartment's bad windows. In the windy weather, it was drafty and cold in the apartment. The radiators in the apartment were completely cold when we arrived and even were completely empty of heating water. The bathroom was the worst the temperature there dropped to +15 degrees in the mornings in January - February

Perfect holiday
We stayed in this accommodation to attend the Monaco F1 race, the accommodation was perfect, everything we needed a home from home. Great central location a fews minutes walk to the sea front, trains station, buses and trams all accessable from the accomodation too. We would definitely return. All perfect

Charmant deux pièces
L’appartement est très lumineux et très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, mais aussi de l’avenue principale Jean Médecin, de la zone piétonne,…) . De plus, il est assez spacieux. La machine à laver est à réparer ou changer …. !!
