About this property

Quiet house near beach & center Soulac / Mer

Ideal holiday: House of full foot located in a calm and tranquil environment. Leave your car and you can do everything on foot or by bike at 5 or 10 minutes: Beaches, restaurant, market, bars, bike paths, supermarkets .... Soulacaise life awaits you. Closed garden of 300m2 with terrace, BBQ, and plancha gas professional will allow you to benefit from the softness of the evenings.
An awning will cover you if a small shower disturbs your dinner outside.
We bought this house in 2011 and have redesigned and renovated it until 2013. It is a simple and functional house with a smart kitchen: dishwasher and all comodities. The 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6) are completed by a futon in the living room (possible extra).
3 Dutch beach bike bikes are available (with deposit).
Fed up with the beach !! : the many bike paths and a petanque court at 3 minutes will ensure you a moment of relaxation. Station nearby to reach bordeaux and Médoc vineyards by train.

Location parfaite pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée, lumineuse et spacieuse. On peut effectivement tout faire à pied ou à vélo (tout en étant au calme) ce qui a offert une grande liberté à nos ados ! Les propriétaires sont particulièrement arrangeants.
