The property consist of 4 individual condos. Two of the villas are single level three bedroom, three bath condos with amazing 180 degree oceanviews. The other two units are three bedroom three and a half two story condos with great south facing oceanviews. The ideal occupancy for each villas is six guests. We don't have sleeper sofas. The ideal max occupancy for the resort is 24. There is a roll away cot in each unit so you could accommodate 28 people.
