Pleasant Villa sleeps 8 in quiet dead end, with pool, close to the sea

We offer our villa for 8 people to rent.

With a surface of 130 m2, it is made up in DRC of a big living room-stay giving on a wooden terrace sunny all day long (before the house), with swimming pool (7x4), outside shower, gas barbecue, plancha gas stove, summer kitchen (with fridge, stove, sink).
You will have an "American" kitchen, opening onto a shaded wooden terrace, an office, and a master bedroom with dressing room and shower room.
Upstairs, we provide you with two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places and a bathroom with bath / shower and wc.
Equipment on site: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob, oven, nespresso, classic coffee maker, various small household appliances, televisions, canalsat, wifi internet, bikes.
Outside (back of the house), you will benefit from a garden with trampoline.

We are located in Florensac, a village of 5000 inhabitants offering many local shops, as well as a market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, a fitness trail, possible walks in the vineyards, good restaurants, direct wine sales producers.
Marseillan Plage and Cap d'Agde are 20 minutes by car, Pezenas (very pretty town) is 15 minutes, Béziers 25 minutes, Montpellier 40 minutes, Spain just 1 hour and 15 minutes, and Barcelona 3 hours .
