With room for up to 8 guests, this spacious getaway is the ideal home base for year-round Lake Tahoe adventures—from sunny beach days to snowy mountain fun.

Inside, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, plus a convenient pull-out bed for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, whether you're whipping up casual snacks or hosting a sit-down dinner in the formal or informal dining areas.

Unwind in the private backyard hot tub, enjoy the fully fenced yard for added privacy, and bring your furry friend along—there are plenty of dog-friendly beaches nearby!
And when the day winds down, head to the game room for some serious fun with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and a large-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or friendly competitions.

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. All Wheel Drive and 4 Wheel Drive necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Great vacation, great location.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was in a great location in between popular Tahoe attractions and within steps of a hiking trail from the house. The game room was a hit amongst our teens! Will definitely be planning a return trip in the future.

Great Getaway!

We loved the location and the layout of this house. It is very clean, very spacious and the game room is perfect for adults and kids alike. It has all of the amenities and a great backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect, would definitely stay again!

Wonderful time!

Our stay here was great! Loved the cabin feel of the home and the game room was a huge plus. Fenced in backyard for our dogs to run around was much used. Easy access to everything local nearby!

Great home for group trip

We enjoyed a great weekend at this home with a group of 5. The home had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen, grill, hot tub, and game room. The plentiful bathrooms made this a great place for multiple people to stay together. Convenient location to many Tahoe attractions. Highly recommend!

Great location and very clean

It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was close to a great beach adjacent to Gar Woods. Get to beach early because it is popular. The house was spacious and the game room was great. The yard was fully fenced in for the dog.

Great vacation home!

This is a wonderful home in a great location. The home is very spacious and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large and the beds super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a full set of pots & pans, measuring cups, etc. The large game room was awesome and so was the large hot tub. The garage and driveway access was great and convenient for 3 cars. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Spot

Overall, great place. My wife though the mattress needed updated, but other then that it is a great location. Roads can be a little tough with winter conditions! Make sure you have 4x4 or you can't get around during the storm!!
