INDIVIDUAL CHALET FOR 4 PEOPLE IN THE VERY QUIET PINEDE

CHALET 3PIECES 37M², for 4 people who smells of pine, ideally located in the pine forest near the lake and near the ocean (4 km).
Partly renovated in May 2018 and re-equipped as new.
It is a very quiet place, crossed by cycle paths, from the terrace to the view of the pines, not overlooked.
Two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, sofa, television, terrace with plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and basin. Separate WC. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron.
Very well placed near the cycle tracks, the leisure center (about 1km) water sports, tennis, archery, tree climbing.
