The entire house is yours to use. We have provided everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our goal is to have repeat customers year after year. We want them to refer their family and friends to us.

Note:
The house is close to I-75. We have not had any complaints about the noise from any of our guest.
Guest bedroom and Master Suite are on the second floor. The second bathroom is downstairs.

The house is on a well system
The house is on a septic system.

House Details
The house has room for two couples, an average size family or a group of 4 close friends. (1500 square feet of living space).

Kitchen
The kitchen is larger and well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker (filter provided), Keurig (coffee and tea provided) toaster and blender. There is RO water on the sink and a water filter system in the refrigerator. Dishes washer and soap for the dishwasher are provided. Along with one roll of paper towels

Laundry
There is a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room. (you will need to bring the soap)
There is an iron and ironing board in the same area.

Great Room
The great room is located at the rear of the house just off the kitchen and dining room. It is a two-story area with lots of windows, ceiling fan and it opens to the master bedroom. There is a comfortable pit group with two swivel chairs. The family room is the place for viewing a curved OLED Smart TV with Netflix and a DVD/Bluray player.

Dining room:
There is seating for 6 adults.
There is a booster seat for a toddler
A high chair.
Three additional seats at the kitchen bar area.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 – Second floor with a king size bed. Private lanai, walk in closet and is open to the great room below.
Bedroom #2 - Second floor with queen size bed.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1 – Second floor is an on suite to master bedroom. Double sinks and walk in shower with two showerheads.
Bathroom #2 – First Floor with single sink, rain head shower and deep Jacuzzi tub.

Fireplace:
It is Florida and while it is a working wood-burning fireplace we have placed remote-controlled LED candles in it.

Outside:
Upstairs lanai is private off the master bedroom and is still located inside of the screen area.
Downstairs Lanai is screened in and has outdoor seating as well as an outdoor dining area.
Front porch has two chairs for having morning coffee.
A propane BBQ is provided.

Check-In
We provide self check in to our guests. This is a gated property so a few days before your check in we will provide you a gate code and instruction on how to access the property. Make sure to provide us with a good email address so we can provide you with those instructions.

We are happy to help you with early check in IF there is no check out on the day of your arrival. Fee is based on requested check-in time.

Can't check in early, but don't want to take your luggage with you. Ask us about dropping off your luggage with us before check in.

The owners live in the house next door and are available any time you need us. However, we will respect your privacy and only be available if needed. We are very social so if you see us out and about. Stop and say hello.

Single family home on a quiet residential street.

Public transportation (bus) is available at the end of the street. 1/4 of a mile from the house. Otherwise you will need a car.

This is a gated property. You will be given a code for the gate access prior to your stay. A fee of 50.00 will be charged for any lost gate remotes.
