Well-Furnished Oceanside Home!

Come spend a relaxing stay in our spacious, clean, and comfortable 3+ BR house one short block from the ocean. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in the heart of Shell Beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, and coffee shops, Dinosaur Caves Park, and a beautiful beach, this light-filled and well-equipped house has everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay.

In accordance with local regulations, the minimum stay is 29 nights. Maximum allowed vehicles is three and no offsite overnight parking is allowed.

The House

Situated on the warm Central Coast, this home away from home features two ample bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom with two twin XL beds. A bonus room serves as an extra bedroom, living room, office, or children’s play area. Large closets and ample dressers provide plenty of room for all your belongings. The two bathrooms are well stocked with ultra-soft towels.

Enjoy drinks or outdoor dining while you soak in the sun on the fenced front patio, or grill up a meal on the barbecue on the back deck. Cozy up with a book on the oversized sectional or unwind with a movie on the 55” smart TV (with HBO, Amazon Prime, and Sling) in the living room.

The well-equipped kitchen, with gas range, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, is perfect for when you want to create a meal at home. A dining table for eight provides a great spot to gather.

Ceiling fans and the breeze from numerous windows help keep you cool when it’s warm, and central heat keeps you warm if it’s chilly. At the end of the day, settle in to the luxurious memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for an amazingly restful night.

The bathrooms are recently remodeled (2022), with new floating vanities, bidet (washlet) toilets with heated seats, skylights, and more.

The Area

A short walk from the house brings you to bluffs overlooking the ocean and a park, where you can take in one of our amazing sunsets, or just watch the waves. You’re also close to a beautiful beach, excellent kayaking, surfing schools, hiking trails, wineries, whale watching tours, stand up paddleboard rentals, golf, and bike rentals, as well as the beaches of Avila and Pismo Beach.

Comfortable house in lovely area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable Shell Beach house. The pictures are accurate. The location is very nice, located less than ten minutes walking distance from Dinosaur's Cave Park and Eldwayen Ocean park. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the Green Olive takeout, located in the liquor store on Shell beach Road, 5 minutes walking distance. My husband, puppy and I stayed here for the month of February. The house is very well equipped, roomy and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. The office is perfect for anyone working remotely. There is no need to bring a monitor, as one is provided. The kitchen is large and has everything you need for an extended stay, including an Instant Pot and milk frother (I guess we didn't need to bring ours after all!) The bathrooms have recently been renovated and very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty of storage space. My pup loved hanging out on the front deck on the dog bed. I definitely recommend visiting Shell Beach and staying at this house, you will not be disappointed.

Great Find

My husband and I stayed in this home in July 2021. We were incredibly impressed with Greg and Jenya. They were always informative and helpful. They responded to our questions in a timely manner This home was perfect for us in so many different ways. The location could not have been better. Shell Beach is centrally located to countless trails and hikes if you are into that. In addition, we were within a short distance of Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, Morro Bay, Los Osos, and Arroyo Grande to name just a few. All of these towns are very unique and have much to offer in shopping, wine tasting, beaches or just sitting on the boardwalk enjoying the peace. The cottage sits on a very quiet street. We loved the tile and vinyl floors. They were so easy to clean. The house is a less than half a block from Ocean Blvd, which runs along the ocean’s bluff. A short walk from the cottage is a lovely small park where we spent almost every night watching the sunset and the pelicans dive for their dinner. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation about recommending this home.

Wonderful home in beautiful Shell Beach area.

Wonderful home and Shell Beach area is absolutely beautiful. House was well stocked including two bikes for riding around the area. Owner is a fantastic host and readily available. Highly recommend the home for a stay in this magical costal part of California.
