Listed housing, three rooms take place on the ground floor; one with en-suite bathroom and opening onto the terrace. The other two face each other and are separated by a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large bedroom has a bathroom and a dressing room.

Bright and spacious, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, a living room with satellite TV (English and French channels) and WiFi access.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer near the kitchen.

Outside, your private pool faces a terrace of 41 m² where you can enjoy a sea view overlooking Anse Balahou while enjoying a barbecue under the sun.
