Pristine Water front on the beautiful Colorado River in Parker, AZ. Our private, custom designed 3 bedrooms 2 bath home with large kitchen and living room that face the river. Front sliding glass door leads directly to a large beautiful patio and river front deck. Exclusive dock space and water access 20 feet from the porch. Gorgeous views with plenty of space to have lots of fun! Easy access to water sports, boating, jet skiing, paddle board, walking distance to golfing, hiking, fishing, hunting, off-road riding, playing at the casino, enjoying company with others, or just sitting by the river enjoying the view and awesome sunsets. We are 50 feet north of the Road Runner Bar and Grill which is located next to La Paz county park and connected to Pirates Den Campground and restaurant.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay. Being close to roadrunner was nice. Went and had a lunch and a drink. We were there during the week so roadrunner wasn’t real loud. Sitting on the patio, the music was great and not too loud.

This property is amazing everything you could need is just a couple mins away or you can literally never leave the property everything is at your fingertips and the private boat dock is perfect tie the kids float up and they can enjoy the day in the water.

So much better than expected.

I wondered about being so close to road runner bar, but we only heard activity standing on the dock. the location is great, house is clean and spacious. Felt like home. I definitely recommend staying here. We plan on returning next year.

Awesome Place

We had a great time here!! Awsome location, killer deck, and plenty of room to spread out! If I had to point out some of the things I was disappointed in I would say the cell phone reception and internet was difficult as wife was trying to work remote. I understand that there was an outage in the area and this was beyond the owners control. The other thing that would have been nice was the use of the launch ramp however it was not advertised in the listing. Overall we had a blast and hope to come back!!!

Awesome location right by Roadrunner with private dock

Our bachelor party of 10 stayed at Albert’s home and had a great time. The location is great, right next to Roadrunner where you can grab food or drinks day or night. It has a private dock that will fit a large pontoon and small wake boat. Albert was very communicative throughout the booking process, lead up to the trip, and during the trip. The house was clean, although the house can quickly fill with bugs in the evening if you are going in and out the door. There is a bug zapper that helps with that thankfully! The patio is great, lots of seating, grill, fire pit, etc with a great sunset view over the river. There was enough room for all 10 of us adult males. There is a second bed in the closet (lol, funny but works!) in the master bedroom, three beds in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third. There is also a twin pull out bed in the living room, in addition to a very large couch. I highly suggest this property and will definitely book again if we come back to Parker!

Great property, we will be back!

This property has a prime location on the water. It's close to the golf course and Road Runner bar. The waterfront patio has a beautiful view of the sunset and water. The doc is clean, and there is also a latter to access the water for swimming if you dont have a boat. Parking is good, we were able to fit 3 large trucks and a car in the driveway. The owner is friendly and very responsive to questions. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

This is the house to rent 😀

The pictures don’t due the property justice. The views from the dock are amazing. The location is perfect close to any activities if you want to get out and about . The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed felt just like home.If I needed anything Albert responded to text rapidly and answered all questions. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to experience a little piece of paradise.

Great views, great location

Great Family House

Really great spot, easy access to water, house is super family friendly. Everything we needed was provided for cooking, which is awesome bc and we always forget something . Overall would totally stay there again.

waterski trip to the river

It was a nice 3 bedroom with lots of comfortable beds. Nice TV and stereo, but most of out time was spent on the water. It was my birthday (73) and they all gave me a nice party. Hopefully I will still be able to ski next year at 74! This is where I will be going again. Thanks for the use of your nice vacation home! Rich

Great house on the river with bar access

Property is in a great location centralised on the river. Clean house with everything you would need to have a relaxing weekend. My only complaint is there is no access to the boat ramp that is directly next to the property.
