Cobalt Blue Apartment: This holiday rental offered by Bru et Fils Immobilier is located within a quiet residence consisting of several buildings, situated on the South Beaches of Lacanau Océan. The residence has a collective swimming pool with a children's pool, open from 15 June to 15 September, a true asset to fully enjoy the beautiful days.



The location is ideal for a hassle-free holiday, with the ocean about 150 metres away, shops accessible on foot at 500 metres and the lake located 5 km away, allowing you to vary pleasures between beach, water activities and nature walks in Lacanau Océan.



The accommodation offers a spacious and comfortable living area with a dining space equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa, armchairs, and a television. The kitchenette area is fully fitted with a sink, an electric hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, a mini-oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, storage cupboards, as well as the crockery and kitchen utensils necessary for a fully independent stay.



The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds of 90 cm, ideal for children or teenagers. The bathroom includes a washbasin and a shower, while the toilet is separate.



Outside, a large terrace of approximately 20 m² equipped with a table and chairs allows you to fully enjoy outdoor meals and moments of relaxation. Parking spaces are available within the residence.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the holiday rental and can be offered as an option, with rates available upon request from Bru et Fils Immobilier Agency. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Un séjour très agréable

Passée la première impression d' un nettoyage approximatif de l'appartement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une résidence très bien positionnée, avec une piscine très agréable et une vue splendide. La proximité du centre ville, des commerces et de la plage permet, dès que c'est possible, de garer une bonne fois pour toute la voiture. Le parking vélo surprend, mais est finalement très pratique.
