Beachfront apartment of 44m² fully equipped, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed (2 + 1 person), bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate WC, 1 kitchen living room with hob 2 burners, oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a fully covered terrace with panoramic sea views.

The apartment is located on the Coudoulière estate comprising a swimming pool, children's games, tennis court, tree climbing course ... it has a parking space and a bicycle garage.

Très bel emplacement et belle vue, déçu que la piscine soit fermée depuis le 15 septembre alors que le propriétaire nous avais dit qu'elle était ouverte, balayette du wc à changer et les couettes à laver!Attention pas de clim!

Os verblijf in het appartement in Frankrijk was werkelijk voortreffelijk!De communicatie verliep perfect: we belden dat we wat eerder zouden aankomen en werden meteen hartelijk ontvangen door Jerôme – een ontzettend vriendelijke man. In plaats van 16.00 uur konden we al om 14.30 uur inchecken.Het appartement zelf overtrof onze verwachtingen. We dachten dat het kleiner zou zijn, maar het bleek ruim en comfortabel. Het uitzicht is echt adembenemend: de Middellandse Zee met een palmboom ervoor – alsof je op een tropisch eiland zit.Ook de ligging is ideaal. Six-Fours-les-Plages is een charmant dorp met alle voorzieningen dichtbij: winkels, supermarkten en op loopafstand de boulevard en het strand. We hebben heerlijk gesnorkeld, gezwommen in het zwembad en genoten van de prachtige residentie.Een klein puntje: het balkon en de eettafel zijn wat aan de krappe kant als je er met meerdere mensen wilt zitten. Maar dat weegt absoluut niet op tegen het totaalplaatje.Kortom: een fantastische ervaring die we iedereen van harte aanraden!

Vacances en famille

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement au mois d’août. Points positifs: Situation de l’appartement avec vue mer. Distance par rapport à la plage. Points négatifs: Propreté du logement - celui ci est de plus surchargé par beaucoup d’affaires. Appartement non climatisé et mal isolé. L’état de la salle de bain ne correspond pas aux photos de l’annonce: la machine à laver est rouillée avec de la moisissure à l’intérieur et la peinture du plafond tombe à certains endroits. Au final, nous reviendrons certainement à Six Fours mais plus dans cette location.

vue magnifique

le domaine est agréable piscine pétanque ping pong l'appartement à une vue magnifique malheureusement elle ne compense pas à elle seule le manque d'entretien de l'appartement (salle de bain et terrasse notamment) et le manque d'équipement (clim, wifi, un vrai étendoir car celui en place n'est vraiment pas pratique)
