Victor’s place was about a 10-minute walk to the main downtown area, which worked well for us. The suite was just as depicted on website, nice & roomy for just 2 of us. Nice and clean.

Great Stay in St. John’s!My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Victor's place in St. John’s. The place was clean, quiet, and in a great location close to downtown. We walked to and from downtown most days, which was really convenient.Victor was a super host and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Having a dedicated parking spot was great too! We’d definitely stay here again when we return to Newfoundland.Thanks again, Victor!

Very good value. Lots of square footage. Washer and dryer a real plus. And full kitchen. Not in downtown, but can be walked if you’re in decent shape. Owner lived close by, and pleasantly accommodating. Lacked air conditioning, though two fans were sufficient during a brief heat wave.

This property was in a terribly run down part of town. The outside of the building was in poor repair and weeds were growing one foot tall around the entrance and side. The front entrance window was covered in a white piece of cloth, not even a curtain. I did not see the inside, as the outside looked sketchy

We arrived a day late and had to stay 4 days longer than expected due to weather related flight cancellations during some of the February storms. Victor was responsive, accommodating, and flexible. What could have been a stressful experience turned out great. We were able to work remotely from the apartment for a couple of days, wifi was very reliable. Apartment was clean and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.
