About this property

Mini villa completely renovated with a magnificent 40 m2 terrace located in a wooded and fenced park a few meters from the beach.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. The house is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets.
The park has free access to many activities: volleyball, table tennis, pétanque and a large swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Quiet, access is prohibited to vehicles at the height of the season and the parking is secured by an electric gate.
