Small semi-detached villa for 4 to 6 people with terrace, in a luxury residence with wooded park, large swimming pool, volleyball court and table tennis tables with free access. Fenced parking with remote controlled barrier. Beach at 300m, marina with grocery store, restaurants and multimedia point at 200m. Town with all shops at 3km.
Villa equipment: Air conditioning, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds, 1 living room with double sofa bed. TV with TNT Sat satellite, freezer, microwave, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, iron, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture.
Rates from 600 to 1000 € / week. No rental in winter.
