Because of unusally large size of this homes beach frontage it offers an extra wide beach front patio that you can step right onto the sand. And a side yard that provides an additional private gathering space to barbecue and have a relaxing meal on a picnic table that seats 10 while still looking at the ocean view. If you just want to chill out on the couch or in bed, the Beach Break Bungalow has 2 large smart TV’s as well as internet connection with free WiFi access. In case you need a break from electronics and you just want to engross yourself in a book or play some fun beach games, then we have plenty of those as well.

If you have young kids or just feel like a little sport the beach can’t offer, then West Newport Park is a grassy, beachside spot just 1 block away and has tennis courts, handball courts, a basketball court and a playground for the little ones. There are great options for shopping and dining nearby. Walk one block for casual eateries like Eat Chow and Spaghetti Bender, or head south towards Newport Pier for seafood restaurants, taco joints, and more. For fine dining try Nobu in upscale Lido Marina Village, or The Cannery or Bluewater Grill.
