Le chalet de Rabassous, single-storey house near the Aubrac plateau

Well located for the discovery of the different landscapes of Lozère: the Aubrac plateau; Gorges du Tarn, Jonte and Dourbie; the Grands Causses; the Margeride.

Our recent house of 50 m2 is on one level and includes:
- a living room with fully equipped kitchen, table 4 to 8 seats and living room: sofa bed, armchair, TV 82 cm TNT, DVD player
- bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 200, 1 dresser, 1 large closet, 1 TV with integrated DVD player
- a bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200 bunk, 1 large closet
- a bathroom with sink, shower 90, washing machine
- 1 separate WC

Outside a covered terrace of about 10 m2 with table and chairs, 1 plancha, 2 sunbeds.

The house is located on a plot of 800 m2, fully fenced, with car parking and green area.

The house is located at the entrance of the small village of Bruel, 800 m above sea level and 5 km from the A 75.

At 3 km to the Monastier: bakery, grocery store, restaurant, bar, press, post office, cash machine and 9 km to Marvejols: all shops, 3 supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, clinic / hospital, tourist office, cinema, swimming pool summer ...

You can practice: hiking, biking, fishing, golf, tree climbing, via ferrata, horse riding, tennis, canoeing, swimming .....

In addition to admiring the landscapes, you can visit animal parks: Wolves of Gevaudan; European Bison in Margeride, Vultures in the Jonte Gorge; Przewalski's horses on the Causse Mejean; castles; caves; churches ....

You will also be able to visit some remarkable sites of the neighboring Aveyron: Laguiole (its cheese, its cutlery), Rodez (about 80 km) with its Soulages museums (2019: The Soulages century and temporary exhibition "Yves Klein, blue cries. .. " from June 21 to November 3) and Fenaille (with a collection of statues-menhirs, the largest in France); the viaduct of Millau .... or Cantal: Chaudes Aigues with a water source at 82 ° C one of the hottest in Europe ......

Do not forget to discover the local gastronomy, especially the Aligot, typical dish of Aubrac.

In high season, from July 13 to August 24, charges are included in the rent.
The rest of the time the kWh consumed are billed at the regulated rate.

A deposit of 200 € is required at the entrance to the rental, it will be returned within 15 days after complete verification of the condition of the house.

The tourist tax 0. 48 € per adult per day is to be paid on the spot.
