Residence at the foot of the slopes of the PYRENEES 2000 / FONT ROMEU station, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees.
All the advantages of a small family resort, located 3 km from Font-Romeu (common ski area), close to Spain and Andorra. Wooded environment, richness of flora and fauna, privileged climate. Discovery of local heritage, mountain sports, leisure and relaxation.
T2 renovated with parking, near forest and kindergarten, which includes:
An entrance leading to living room / kitchen equipped with dishwasher, TV corner with DVD player and BZ sofa; a small bedroom with a loft bed in 90+ sofa convertible into 2 beds; a bathroom with WC and washing machine. Small gravel garden, parking in front of the residence.
Equipment: television, DVD player, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter electric coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, electric fruit press, Raclette maker, Fondue set, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, electric radiators in the bathroom, bedroom and living room, duvets and pillows for all sleeping arrangements. Board games available.
I always leave products for cleaning available to tenants.
I offer as an option 10 € the set of sheets per bed and 5 € the toilet kit for 2 people, end of stay cleaning 40 €. These options are not mandatory.
