The apartment is located in a large building, with 24/7 free access, 50m from Thuy Van beach (Bai Sau). Thuy Van Beach is 4km long, the longest in Vung Tau (formerly known as Cap Saint Jacques).
The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms and a very large living room overlooking the beach, extended by a fully equipped kitchen:
Large 28m2 bedroom (master bed room): One king bed (2mx2m), private shower room and a superb view of the beaches, mountains (large and small) and the river.
Large bedroom 20m2: A large bed (1.8mx18m), glass door to let in all the daylight
Average room 17m2: A double bed (1.6mx18m), glass door to let in all the daylight.
Shared shower room is equipped with a washing machine and a corner for drying clothes on the small terrace.
The apartment has separate air conditioning for each bedroom and the living room.
