Lovely, sun drenched home with high ceilings at the end of a quiet cut-de-sac on the fringe of East Hampton Village. New to market since it has been freshly renovated from top to bottom (winter 2019-2020) and just 3 minutes to town or the train station. The house has heated pool, central a/c, ground floor master suite with french doors leading to the pool deck, new eat-in well-equipped kitchen with adjacent full dining room with sliding doors to the pool deck, and with a light-flooded cathedral ceiling living room. There is a spacious deck with retractable awnings. Second floor includes two bedrooms with queen sized beds and another bedroom with a day bed and private balcony overlooking the pool area.
